    The price is enticing, but the product quality is poor, and the customer service is non-existant. DO NOT purchase from this company!!!

    I bought a ratchet assembly from Handtrucks2go and was assured it would fit my ***** appliance dolly. It was "in stock" for $189.99! Six weeks later (after several emails to customer support), I finally received it. It was not a COMPLETE ratchet assembly. I emailed to let them know that it was not as described and was told that was all I get. Their (Satisfaction guaranteed) return policy will keep $80.79 of my payment! So much for standing behind their products! I was totally dependent upon them knowing their products and sending me the correct items. I see now that it was my fault for not seeking another source in the first place.
