Multiple attempted charges from BIOTIGEN, LLC $79.75 last one 12/5/2022 while I was in hospital. I did not solicit any products from this company. They just generate a charge on my card causing me to keep getting a new card.Surely this is illegal since I didn't order anything from this company. Looks like they are targeting the elderly, since I fall into that category. *************************Business response

This company continues to send my husband bottles of pills despite us denying payment on the credit card. We seek to have these charges/ deliveries STOPPED and any refund due. This company is taking advantage of a senior citizen with no way to contact them that we can find. It is sad that elderly people have to deal with a problem like this. My brother is severely disabled and on a fixed-income has been charged for "vitamins" that he cancelled. He was initially charged $88.90 on March 22, 2022 This was cancelled and then he was charged again on the following dates:June 6 , 2022 $79.90 June 6, 2022 $91.00 July 8, 2022 $79.75 We're asking for a full refund and for him and others like him to be taken off your subscription that makes no sense except to a company that wants to take advantage of the general public solely to make themselves rich.You should be ashamed of yourselves.Business response

However, I am now on their mailing list and Im receiving offers for their vitamins. I tried contacting this company and couldn't reach them because their telephone number is not visible on their package. I returned the product and they kept sending it back to me. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income who needs to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I need funds returned to my credit card.Business response

Biotigen continues to send me monthly bottles of Donatelo a supposed *** supplement , at the cost of $79.00 a month. I did request this supplement once but never asked for ongoing supplements. They have very difficult to get ahold of and claimed they will credit previous purchase if dissatisfied with results. They are a bogus product and I want nothing to do with them. They have not responded to my requests to suspend all future deliveries. I want a credit for the last 2 months as I am returning recent shipment along with a full bottle from last month.
