    I concur with a review from another customer in many ways. My experience with ******************************************** has not been as bad, but it has been bad enough to say something and to tell others they are taking their chances with this web design company. I feel like they are not skilled web designers, and use AI to produce templates that the customers eventually has to direct the modification on, which I guess is ok, but if they are going to use that customer service model, they have to be more attentive and be on each customers time, and more responsive than they are. They don't care to ensure details are correct or put their best foot forward. as far as I can tell. All has not been bad though. They did manage to show their creativity in an area I had not asked to to do because I thought it would be too complicated and tasking, but they did it and that is what I have been expecting from the very beginning with their services. Recently, the customer services has been at its lousiness and I have had to amend most of the site myself.. What frustrates me the most if that they don't respond after I have requested changes to my page. I have lost money and customers over the last couple of weeks because I asked them to take the page down because there was much work to be done on it. I know my site is not all thier priority, but in customer service, one should at least act like it, and they don't. They will call you everyday to ask for your money to SEO and things they want to sell you to go along with your page, but they are slow to respond to getting work done. Not the worst customer service I have ever had, and far brom the best. Good company to work with if your business is not in a hurry so to speak and you want to quarterback everything. You are taking your chance is you are motivated to get things done.

    !!!Beware!!! This company is a Fraud and a SCAM!!! They stole my money!!! The people that work there do no understand English. Communication was TERRIBLE!!! I would tell them what I want and instead they did what they want. They promise customers 100% money back guarantee and that is a LIE!!! They come back with hidden fees and excuses to stay with your money. I've had several businesses and NEVER in my life have I've gone through HELL!!! and low class customer service. They do not answer your calls. They play the guilt card and say that they feel violated when the customer complains! If you are a Business owner, STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned. God Bless.
