    The technician mess up my engine and all I went for is a head light to be put in and they mess up my engine mad my car unsafe to drive

    Very bad service and especially sales. The problem is honesty in service and sales. We bought an MB EQS 450 car for close to $140,000 on the 18th of November and we were asked to sign an iPad with no dates on it for the financing. The salesman backdates the signatures to October 31st which means we pay over $1,000 for the two weeks we did not own the car. The car was beautiful but the first night we brought it home and tried to charge it, the charging mechanism of the car flashed red and would not charge. We took it back to the dealership and it was not charging on their level 2 charger. So, they looked at it for a few hours and proclaimed it is charging on the fast charger (which I saw it did). As a result, we had an electrician examine the charger and he said and tested it was good. The weekend past Thanksgiving, we went to charge the car and it would not charge with the same symptoms. Black Friday we took it back to the dealership and they try to charge it and it would not charge. They kept the car until December 6th and meanwhile they lead us to believe they will swap the car for another new car because we did not feel safe in this car and that it might break down anywhere. In the meantime, we reached out to Mercedes Benz of ******* who said they would push to have the car swapped. Neither the dealership nor Mercedes Benz of ******* kept their word. We were misguided, unsupported, and taken advantage of by the dealership and Mercedes Benz of *******.
