      Recently, our apartment building was purchased by Altman Management. Since the sale, there have been significant changes to the property, including roof replacements and the removal of over a dozen trees. In addition to these alterations, our vehicle sustained damage within the building's parking lot. The car's body and taillight were scratched. It is important to note that a similar incident occurred a few months prior to Altman's acquisition, involving a broken windshield. We will be filing a separate complaint with the previous owner, ***** Co., regarding this earlier incident. Despite notifying Altman Management of the recent car damage, we have received no response. The absence of security cameras in the parking lot has hindered our ability to investigate the matter. It is disheartening to discover that other residents have experienced similar car damage. Imposing the financial burden of property damage on residents is unacceptable. We urge Altman Management to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of their tenants and their property.

      I moved in to the ****** on September 15, 2023. In November the heat went out for over a week during the cold spell we had. No on informed me of the situation until I complained. I then was in the hospital due to the fact that I had pneumonia. The next time he went out with the beginning of December and that was for three days the heat that went out again at the beginning or end of December beginning of January for 2 to 3 days but he has now been out again for over 10 days. They gave us a space heater that blew the fuses and no one came to fix my fuse until I had written five or six different complaints. Made phone calls yet no one will respond. The heat is still out we have not been given updates just the part has been ordered. They are very good at sending out bills and telling us to pay them immediately. I will pay the utility bill, but I will not pay next months rent since I've already lost 24 days due to the heating situation and more to come since it's not been fixed yet. I would like a resolution to the situation since I probably am losing my job due to the fact that I am sick again with a severe sinus infection they are good at making sure they sent us bills but they are not good at fixing anything or keeI have been patient and it calls but without anyone returning phone calls or getting back to me after a week of phone calls and emails corporate office finally someone called and said oh it will be fixed maybe Tuesday or Wednesday of this week but no guarantees no updates nothing please help me. This is ridiculous. I have never been this type of situation. Thank you.t At 66 1/2, and all alone, I can't afford to keep getting sick.       The carpet, is coming up in multiple areas. Also in the living room too much padding was placed underneath which has the floor unleveled and furniture can not be placed back there, same with the 2nd bedroom upstairs.Carpet is also coming ** in many areas of the living room, beads under rug from previous tenant. - bathroom boarders, and also pipe behind toilet is filthy and was like this upon move in. (I tired all different cleaning products and different cleaning methods and nothing is fixing the issue)- Doors to pantry and closets are almost impossible to open. - Mold in cabinet above kitchen sink, also I believe there is mold under the flooring in upstairs bathroom because you can feel near the tub where water had previously went under flooring. (Also was prior to move in)- Yellow stained kitchen floor, from previous tenant. Also with that I tried everything to remove the stain and nothing is working. - washer machine leaks water. - also faucets werent changed, if I provide my own could maintenance change them? (Kitchen and bathroom) Toilet valves need to be replaced Pictures wont upload.
