2 starsThey made the sale part of it very easy... and then our temporary plates expired, they refused to issue a new one and kept delaying getting the real plates. Then they said they d overnight me a new temporary plate after it was expired, they never did that and never returned my call. Finally got them after the car was technically unregistered for a week. They tried to say "the police are aware of a system issue and won't give you a problem"'... the police could care less about your clerical errors. I doubt route 46 would've covered the my tow and impound fees but they had the nerve to claim they would.Then they were supposed to cover the last payment on the car we turned in... they did not and we had to pay it. Okay... time to make right by it... so you'd think. Then they said they'd be issuing a check and mailing it to us. It should've been for almost $450.We received a check for $5. When you go in person to speak with someone, they tell you just enough to get you to leave. When you try to call to speak to someone, you get passed all over the place, eventually leave a voicemail and they NEVERRRR call you back (especially sales manager ****). They seem to think their job ends when you drive off of the lot.This has been an almost two month process of them trying to make right by their s**** up. They re good at selling the car but customer service is a hot pile of garbage.Review fromConnie H

1 starI am a permanently disabled person who tried to get my truck repaired and this dealership has imposed tremendous stress and lack in my life. So, a Local mechanic dropped my truck to CJD RTE 46 to do repairs that he couldn't fix, the RTE46 Chrysler service team held my truck for weeks so after calling, begging and being ignored and past over as a customer I had to obtained a lawyer. CJD RTE 46 has had my truck since 2022 and no-one is helping me, they called the mechanic and myself to pick it up took nearly $6K from the mechanic that dropped my vehicle for repairs and said my truck was all fixed (lied). We got receipts and I drove off the lot about 1/2 miles and the gas pedal LOCKED up on me and the ENGINE FELL DOWN. I nearly killed myself and others, I had to get back to dealer with no help from them (same day). Upon my return crying and nervous a service manager said "oh we never fixed your vehicle because we wanted the mechanic to pay FIRST" (every customer pays after service is completed) they have violated my Civil Rights and Discrimination against me. THE WORST BUSINESS EVER. To date this dealership is holding my truck for illogical ****** and their lawyer is trying to hide and hold my vehicle to impose $45,000.00 ILLEGAL storage fees to me rather than to return my vehicle and compensate for nearly 3 years of suffering because of this business. My vehicle was NOT purchased at CJD RTE 46. This dealership has never fixed nor returned my truck to me since 2022 and they gave so many excuse why stating "oh we'll test drive it first they said numerous times but never giving my truck back to my possession as the owner. The service managers and team made very irrational decisions by never fixing my vehicle nor giving clearance for safety to pick up my truck ever. This dealership seems to have done these acts to many people many times and are NOT being held accountable even with legal services. 1 starOne of the most unprofessional businesss I have ever had an encounter with, no one seemed to care about my concerns regarding my vehicle. Poor customer service should be shut down everyone in there needs retraining for due diligence. I was giving an (Advisor) who every time I came to check the status of the vehicle would be gossiping with his co-workers instead of giving a courtesy call to paying customers requiring the status of a vehicle. I also spoke to the head person in charge along with corporate and received no results. What ever happen to **************** my quality of life has changed drastically as I am unable to make many appointments. One would think a business such as this one would deliver a greater quality of service. They dont provide any form of concern nor compensation for holding my vehicle for over three weeks in it is still not fixed. The upper management has no clue of what is happening in this business, the ongoing transferring of calls from one person to the other is just ludicrous. This honestly feels like a name branded business taking advantage of its customers.Review fromIndia L

1 starTake heed of these reviews! Route 46 Jeep Chrysler in ************ has had my car for 5 weeks out of the 6 that I've owned it. I took it in to have a warning light checked. They held it a week before they looked at it. Then when they did look at it, they said the warning was due to a drained battery. After two weeks, I got it back, only to have the light come on again. Now, two weeks later, I still don't have my car, and they are telling me it MIGHT be done NEXT week. They do not communicate, hiding behind their desk staff. They never call you back so you have to chase them down, only to hear they have no information and they'll find out and let you know - and they don't.I have been driving cars for 40 years. Hands down, this is the most frustrating service experience I have ever had anywhere.Review fromkatrell b

1 starThey kept my truck almost 2 months and they claimed they were waiting for clearance from Chrysler to change the transmission, but I spoke to the Chrysler dealer and they gave them clearance. They have one guy assigned to my truck at a whole dealership that has Thousands of vehicles. They play games they stall . And it seems like everyone there is under age and doesnt care. 1 starThey kept my husband's car for THREE weeks when he had a check engine light on, citing that they didn't have enough technicians. Then they tell him he needs two new batteries otherwise they can't diagnose. Who knows what they did with his car for THREE WEEKS that drained the battery. When he wanted to get his car and run away as fast as possible they had the ***** to charge him the diagnostic fee when nothing was diagnosed. And then the manager was extremely rude with my husband when he said he's not paying the diagnostic fee because nothing was diagnosed beyond him needing a new battery, which they probably drained themselves since my husband has barely had the car for a year. 1 starWent into Rt ******* to inquire about two used Jeep Wranglers on their lot. At first it seemed as if the experience was going to be good and promising but that changed quickly once you talk numbers. First they never give you a solid break down on what your paying and no one can explain it to you. Then they pressure you into buying the car before giving you a finalized number to know what you will be paying. After i went thru all that almost 4 hours later, I advised the manager that the number provided was out my budget, and he seemed confused as if someone told him I agreed to purchase the car before knowing what I would be paying. After I told him that the return price is out my budget, we weren't even out of ear shot range before the manager and staff started to bad mouth us with his door open. I would stay away from this dealership, they are sketchy, cannot provide accurate numbers, and when you refuse to buy the car will bad mouth as you walk out.Review fromRichard H

1 starUnfortunately I had to leave at least one store I bought my truck in May and I still dont on my truck. Ive been making $750 payments on it and I still dont on my truck. They gave me a loaner but they lied made me leave my truck there They get nasty disrespectful and hang up on you. What do you try to inquire about the status They sold me a truck they do not own to this day. They still dont own it but yet Im making payments on a truck that I dont even own.Review fromSimon N

1 starUnpleasant visit to buy a used car. Price advertised online and confirmed via email prior to visit has been raised the day of the appointment. Refused to honor the original price.
