    Hired attorney and havent heard back from anyone in a while I was told someone was going to call me back 8 months ago. Been calling for months and no response from anyone

    I am receipt of the above referenced complaint relative to ******************** personal injury case.  

    Since this is an attorney client privilege, I am not permitted to disclose much about this matter.  The case was withdrawn from by our office because the client moved to ************** and could not participate in the prosecution of his case.  He also failed to get medical treatment after moving out of state.  

    I understand that **************** is looking for a second opinion from another law firm.

    I have been dealing with Law offices ******************************************************************** never has the pleasure of speaking to any Lawyer Always dealt with ************************* workers Comp paralegal to *********************** ESQ I was hurt on my job December 2021 I completed All of the P/T Doctors Appointments My last Appointment was November ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* telling me How I should feel aI was extremely upset I emailed her I guess a long paragraph and her Response to me was six words I sent her another email stating that is thats all she can respond? Because a Real Professional would had respond in a more Respectful Manner I did know if she was being cute or smart or just didnt comprehend what I was saying In return she stated because I was being Disrespectful S*** not working on my case She stated in August my last Appointment was in November yes 4 months wait After that 4 to 6 weeks the Attorney will be talking my settlement Amount How can be in her feelings and stop my case informed me the new Attorney can request my records and SHE WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANY MORE OF MY Questions I signed papers If I stop with this Lawyer I had a penalty IMUST PAY So whats her Penalty of after one year to tell me go find another Lawyer She must present herself as the Professional staff Why cant someone else in the office Finish up my case?The last time reached out to her The Response from her Three letter sentence
