    Nautica has become the most abusive clothing retailer on earth... They're basically peddling junk garments made for the cheapest materials and sized ridiculously small... And then when you go to return the, they make the customer pay for the return, they don't even provide a discounted return label, and they take 30 days to refund you money after they receive the item back... How are they still in business...???

    ************ placed an order on Thursday at Natica.com and selected overnight delivery and paid the $25.00 fee. I expected the delivery Friday. On Friday I received an email from Nautoica.com confirming my order and saying "...your shipment from Nautica.com is on its way!"I clicked on the tracking number and found out my order will be delivered on Monday. I called the customer service number and asked why no overnight delivery as paid for.The representative indicated the label for shipment was created on Friday, therefore the next business day is Monday. She indicated that policy is stated on the website. It is not at all mentioned on the checkout page when you get to shipping, just the various shipping choices are listed. She said, ".. Oh you need to go to the box labeled ***************** scroll down to Shipping, then click on estimated delivery time." A three step process not indicated anywhere when you select a shipping method. This is deceptive. Of course she refused to refund me my "overnight" fee.

    In September 2022, I placed an online order with Nautica. To date, I have never received my merchandise. The shipping company was "Lasership" (I have never heard of this company). At any rate, Lasership marked my package as "Delivered" The shipping company sent me an email confirming delivery with a photo of the package on the steps. The only problem is, it was delivered to the wrong address. I have the photo and it plain to see that it's not my address. Lasership stated that I needed to contact the retailer. The retailer (Nautica) so called did an investigation and basically told me to kick rocks. I'm now out of almost $130.00 and no merchandise. Will not shop with this company again.
