The absolutely deserve an f rating! They are rude not just the employees but the security guards. But thats no surprise from blackbird security. I asked to use the bathroom! The lady didnt know it was closed? Like come on! Why dont they tell the workers that. Or better yet post a sign if they dont want to keep telling people. I bet if I was Korean and not Caucasian theyd been a whole lot nicer. Needless to say I will never ever go back. So yeah stay out of there if you aint Korean cuz theyll treat you like trash and again apparently this is another company that doesnt give a p*** about customer service. In fact every single review is nasty! How do they even stay in business is my question?

Do not buy anything from this store. They collect sales tax even on fruit which is not legal. Watch your receipts for taxable items. They made it very difficulity to get the refund. Must in person. Managers will not returen phone messages. 8-31-2024 ******************, **********

HMart in ****** has a very disturbed Korean lady, manager. I noticed she speaks on her personal cellphone while on duty (wears the HMart vest) and looking towards customers down the main aisle and watching people. I noticed customers feel frightened and worried because the lady manager is looking at them. Customers approach associates and ask "who is that lady yelling?"I also see customers stop abruptly and turn around to avoid potential confrontation.I visit this store from time to time, and hoping that this so called manager is not working. She is rude to the employees at this store. One day, my aunty told me about the lady. My aunty was walking towards the cashier, and she was passing by the **************** counter. She heard and looked and she saw the Korean lady shouting out the prices, and change the sign to make it the same price as the other store, and everyone could hear her shouting "make it 99 cents, same as **** store!" On another note, I noticed the store is new, but, no seasonal specials, I'm sure the store has been there for more than 1 year at that location. I guess no anniversary specials for loyal customers. The employees are ok, but, the ambiance of the store reflects on the manager of the place. All business and be firm, very limited sale items. The store is really COLD, the Ready to Eat foods are ok, but, the food is not in a "warmer". I got home and warmed up the food, and I still got sick 2x. I stopped eating those foods and avoid that section of the store.

They charged me $60 for a sunscreen cooling stick from the brand Goodal. I found it online from a Korean website for $13. A robbery. How is this allowed?

I ordered from their online Hmart last week that 1+1 event. It said, to receive 1+1 you have add2items in your cart to get 1+1 promotion.I placed 12of the products. And 8of the other products.Package arrived and I opened that there were only 6Items and 4Items.This is not the first time they didnt send the 1+1 Event.I sent them emails and they never replied because I couldn't find their phone number anywhere. This feels like a scam. I'm gonna call them tomorrow. I found their call center Number.

H Mart located in *******, **. I went to buy Kintaro Perch around 5pm today. Coincidence or not a Korean old male worker came out with the sale sign right when a ************************* worker was cutting up my fish. So I asked him if I can get the sale price and he said no. When I looked closely at the sale sign it says from 11/2/22~ 11/30/22 and TODAY is 11/19/22 so I told him it says begins November 2. But he still said no and said "IT DOESN'T MATTER, ITS ME" (pointing at himself). And he wouldnt leave and kept on staring at me while I was waiting. I felt disappointed after listening to his explanation and I told my sister who walked away for something else what happened. My sister agreed it's not a legitimate reason and I should've been treated better. For example, if he had told me they can't change the price after weighing the fish I would've easily accepted the answer. My sister told me to go back and ask another worker for assistance and sure enough after I asked the worker, he also went to ask the old Korean man too. I m guessing the Korean man is the manager, he didn't look happy and kind of gave us an attitude when he saw me and said he already told me no. So I told him again the sign says 11/2/22 and he continued to persist that's the price. At that point lots of people were staring at us and I didn't want to argue anymore so I said I don't want it anymore and gave it back to him. We began to walk away and he called me back and I wanted to give him another chance so I walked back and guess what he said... YOU NEED TO BE A RIGHT PERSON. TAKE IT BACK. I was so fed up that we walked out empty handed without any dinner. H Mart if you don't want to honor your sale promotion then don't put it up or if there's specific time frames be clear about it! Don't let your workers take away and put out the sign whenever he wants to. Honestly, it's not about the money. It's about being an ethicial business and honoring your prices and delivering excellent customer service!

Misleading price and force me to return the product. Not only that, it was not my fault but they forced me to wait in the line to return the product.

Today, I purchased Flounder to make fish tacos. Upon cleaning the fish, I discovered there were live parasites/worms in the fish. I immediately contacted the store and was put on hold after telling the associate my problem. Upon returning to the line, the associate asked me again what the issue was! I repeated myself. The associate asked me to return to the store tomorrow. I told the associate that I did not wish to wait and that I wanted resolution now! I returned the infected fish and will not be returning to this store!

First time to this market, recommended by a friend. As I was entering, the security was in a tuffle with a guy that was stealing food and when security went to pepper spray the thief, I was also sprayed. When I asked what he sprayed, he just apologized but never told me or helped me with the burning sensation in my face and neck. When I went to the information desk to ask for help and water to wipe the spray off my face, the person behind the counter got on a call and kept going to a back office and asking questions and just told me to wait. It wasnt until I started screaming about the burning in my face that she decided to hand me a bottle of water. I asked for a manager and she told me she was at the front door with security. I immediately walked to the exit, where I met the manager and she asked, if I was okay? Oh my gosh, are you dumb? My face has been burning for the past **** minutes and no one has bothered to take me to get water to wash my face and neck. I was livid and asked for her name and an email to file a complaint. I made a complaint and never heard back from anyone and its been 3 weeks.
