    I booked an event at the Christmas village 11/26/23 and they canceled our booking due to weather. I rescheduled as instructed and they again canceled our booking due to inclement weather.Due to our familys busy schedule we were unable to reschedule another time. We have been emailing back and forth to refund my money ($148) however despite saying they will refund it, nothing has shown up on my credit card since 12/21. They have terrible customer service and refuse to speak on the phone ( their message even says for customer service and cynodonts you need to email them). They did not provide the service we paid up front for.
