The purchase in Georgia was a fraud and my award points were stolen. I live in Hertford NC and purchased items in Elizabeth City, NC area a couple hours earlier the same day. I was never in GA nor could I be in two places that far apart in the time it took to place this order. I’m not sure if a worker in Elizabeth City, NC location told someone about my point status n the Loganville, GA location area, or stolen a different way. I called in an order for 3 subs, and all three came incorrect. The 2 giant italian subs were mikes way with extras added, both identical. Then i ordered a buffalo chicken sub for my son. For some reason they did not place the extras (jalapenos, mustard, pickles etc) on the italians but on the buffalo chicken. I then tried to call the store and received nothing but a busy signal for over 30 minutes now. I resorted to filling out a complaint on the app, but I did this several months back and no one ever responded so i'm expecting this issue to also get no response. None of this makes any sense, from the wrong subs, to not being able to contact anyone, to being ignored the last time i tried to contact the store through the app when i had an issue. It is the ************* location, and the order was called in around 6:30 pm on 3/21. I entered my phone number for points so there should be a record of this transaction.Business Response

Hello, I ordered the number 9 the meats on the sub was where overcooked and not fresh. On February 7, 2025, a Jersey Mike’s store made my order incorrectly, despite using 144 Shore Points from my account. I’ve since tried resolving this with corporate, but they’ve ignored me. I’ve: Called ###-###-#### on Feb 10 and Feb 20, 2025, leaving voicemails with no reply. Phoned ###-###-#### on Feb 15, 2025, with no follow-up. Submitted a form at ***********.***/contact-us on Feb 18, 2025, getting no response. Messaged @*********** on Twitter on Feb 25, 2025, with no answer. As of March 19, 2025, over 40 days later, I’ve had zero communication despite explaining the issue and requesting my points back. I had a bad experience at Jersey ****** on **************** in ********, ** on Feb 10, 2025. I shared the issue (details below) in their contact us section of their website and also left a voicemail with the corporate office. I have not heard back from either source and it has been a month.--------I had a terrible experience at Jersey ****** today. I ordered a mini #8 and a giant #8, and the service was awful from start to finish. While cutting the meat, bits and pieces were flying off the blade, and there were spots on the bread with no meat. I had to repeatedly tell the employee to add pieces to cover the bread. He worked very messily, and it showed.When it came to toppings, I asked for lettuce but mentioned I didnt want the brown parts. He told me he had cut the lettuce that morning, so it would have brown in it. I asked him to get fresher lettuce from the bottom, but he responded with an attitude. Then, when I asked for tomatoes and "****** Way," he added way too much mayonnaise and made the sandwich incredibly sloppy.Every time I tried to address an issue, he came back with an excuse. On top of that, the restaurant itself wasnt clean, and I had to ask multiple times if the bread was fresh and soft. I placed an on-line order on 12/26/2024 8:30am for pick up time 11:30am (lunch break). When i received my order, it was incorrect! I walked to the restaurant 3 times, first time was to initially receive my order, second time because they forgot my chips, and third time they did not make my sandwich correct. I ordered tuna on rosemary parmesan bread add cheese (extra charge) and bacon (extra charge). my tuna was on white bread, no cheese and no bacon, but you can assure I was charged for everything. my total was $18.16! The third time I gave them back everything and since I paid with a card the lady informed me it would be 3-5 business days for my refund to be back on my card,,,I have not received anything, and it's been 13 business days!!!Business Response

Hi!I have sent multiple emails through the website and to ************************************************************ to report and gift issue and order issues to request a refund back to my gift card. I placed on online order for an immediate pickup of a sandwich. It took me 15 minutes to get to the store. When I got there, the store was busy, as it was lunch time. I waited in the pickup online orders area. A worker asked my name, I told them. They found the order and said my order pickup time was in another 30 minutes. I had a limited window for lunch. I told the person I placed it for pickup ASAP. The response from the worker was "I don't work for you, I work for Jersey Mike's". The response shocked me. I told him I'd like to cancel my order then. He responded that he was too busy and to contact Jersey Mike's corporate office. The website clearly states that only the store has the ability to cancel the order. I tried calling the store 5 times over the next 2 days in which they have their phone off the hook and never pick up. I was able to contact the corporate office, and they told me that only the store can offer the refund but would contact the store's owner. 2 days later, I still have yet to hear from the store. I reached back out to the corporate office. They apologized and attempted to reach out to the owner again. Another 2 days and no response. Now the corporate office will not respond, and the store still does not pick up their phones. Nothing from the corporate office, the store, and I'm still sitting here having paid for a sandwich in which I cancelled well before they even attempted to make it.Business Response

I have reached out to the customer, and will facilitate his refund. The refund cannot be completed at store lever due to the age of the original ticket. I have offered to ***** a check to him as well as free sub cards to compensate for the trouble. Thanks
