    ***** **** owner and operator of ******,s Paving was advertised on ********. Upon receiving a few estimates his prices seemed fair. Then ***** (the owner) was constantly calling me to book the job nonstop everyday. Once I booked the job he kept reassuring me this was going to be completed the right way with a 20 year guarantee as long as his does the sealing every 3 years. Not even a month later the driveway began to show sinking spots all over. I have sunken spots all over as well as asphalt shedding every time its above 90 degrees outside and it looks horrible. My previous driveway of 20 plus years never looked like this. I have called him and texted him for the last 9 months and he never answers or return phones calls and the few times I was able to get him on the phone by he promises to come look at it and make it right. Now a year later he has been no call no show and I am **** with a driveway that looks like c*** with low spots and shedding asphalt everywhere. He needs to be held accountable. At this point I don't even know if I would feel comfortable letting him come back to replace the driveway again due to his lack of communication.

    The contractor was paid a deposit to pave our driveway. For about a year, hes been staring h*** finish the job but continues to have excuses. Weve incurred costs due to damages because of the incomplete work. He has a deposit for the work which weve asked him to refund but hes ignoring our request. Were unable to pay another contractor to complete the work without receiving our deposit monies returned to us. The driveway is muddy and dangerous to continue using through another winter. Wed like help in getting our driveway paved or our deposit refunded.
