    On August 30 2024 Keir H. Owner of Orion Express Appliance Services came to my house to fix an ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator that was not working. Keir said he had to replace the unit and I paid $229.00(****) to order the part. On September 3rd Keir replaced the unit and I paid a balance of $309 (****). On September 8th I notified Keir (by text) the ice maker was not working again. On September 9th Keir responded that he was sorry to hear it and to push the reset button on the refrigerator door and give it two hours and if that did not work he would replace it. I texted back the same day that I would have to wait a day or two for the ice buildup that stop the ice maker from working. On October 2nd I called Keir to let him know the ice maker was not working. I also texted him. Between October 2nd and October 7th I called Keir 4 times and left messages. October 7th I texted Keir letting him know that I sent left him numerous phone messages to please contact me so we could resolve this issue. On Octo
