    If you can avoid this company, DO! DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT ORDER. You'll be waiting an eternity. Unfortunately this is the only company our insurance company will pay for stockings from. We contacted them last October, it took several tries and leaving voicemails before we spoke to someone who could help. We were told they were 3-4 weeks behind on getting orders input in their system, another 4-6 weeks to fulfill order. We submitted all necessary documentation and waited..and waited..and waited. In JANUARY, we finally emailed the agent handling our case only to get an email stating she no longer worked there. The email stated not to respond to that email because that mailbox wasn't monitored. I called the company and was transferred to the exact same voicemail we started this h*** in. It's now March. No one has communicated anything except the DO NOT REPLY email saying our case manager doesn't work there. How does this company stay in business with this standard of customer care?

    HORRIBLE!!!! I am so disappointed in the communication I have had with the company.I had placed an order for some garments and was told that my deductible was reached and that my insurance would cover it 100% in 2 different emails. When I went to follow up as to why I have not received anything yet, was told that they could not bill the insurance- after back and fourth was finally told that they are no longer participating with my insurance and I needed to pay for all of the garments. YET... all of my paperwork was in prior tooth's and should have been placed.When asked to talk to a higher up, no response in email or a phone call back! I wouldn't even give them the 1 star!
