            This is my second purchase from Family Jewelers. My girlfriend has been a long time customer also. I started my journey for engagement rings ?? last summer of 2021. Did a lot of research on the diamonds that I was in the market for. I have to admit I was one of those tough customers that a business dont like dealing with. Honestly ****** was extremely patient with me as I drug out the process looking for the perfect diamond in my budget range. I finally brought my girlfriend in to pick out the many diamonds he brought in for me and to look at the settings. My girlfriend fell in love with a diamond that wasnt in the mix of things till the last minute. ****** was extremely honest with us and she picked out her setting to her liking. I was over my budget on my own behalf but that was fine because we got a very good price on the total package. Im looking forward to seeing the finished product.Again thank you ****** for taking your time with me as I know I wasnt the perfect customer but you made the entire process very educational and made us feel extremely safe in making this large purchase with your company The ring ?? came out beautiful ?? 200% happy!
