    Hello,The order I received on 9/16 was absolutely horrible and spoiled. All the blood was everywhere and no ice inside so everything was melted. I had to throw away everything in the box.I emailed Rastelli's to ask full refund asap as this is not normal at all. I had ordered with them before and was great so this is not normal for their business.After the email I sent, today their customer service person argued with me over the emails even though they know is their fault for the disaster and keep back and forth with me. I need a full refund for the purchase I did not use due to their packaging issue and all being in the garbage.
