    The Learning Experience of **********, ** shut down their infant classroom with zero notice to families after the monthly tuition had already been paid. The center director has failed to have the courtesy to email or call the parents and children affected by this. They had 3 teachers quit on the spot, apparently leading to the closure of their infant rooms. Additionally, they have gone through 2 center directors who left with zero to little notice. What goes on behind the scenes that people are quitting on the spot leaving the center unable to operate according to their contract and expectations to families? I reached out to corporate and sent in my concerns, and there has also been zero communication back to me regarding this matter. TLE seems to be a very unprofessional and unorganized franchise of childcare. Parents should trust where they are sending their precious children for care and this place lacks any trusting attributes. The owner of this site seems to lack communication skills to families and also lacks the ability to properly hire or staff her center as evidenced by high turnover and issues with keeping classrooms staffed and open to provide the services that are being paid for. I am still waiting for my refund and am removing my son from this untrustworthy franchise of childcare.

    I also believe that our emails to her are going into her spam folder, as we have spoken about this before.

    Parents were notified of Infant classroom closure via phone call.
    We did have three teachers quit the same day, one of them being in the infant classroom. All three had been employed by the same school previously coming to us. Unfortunately, they came together and they left together. We do not require a 2 weeks notice, but we ask for it as a courtesy.

    We cannot operate out of ratio as this violates licensing. Unfortunately, in this staffing crisis climate, many schools have had to shut down a classroom and/or classrooms to operate safely. It was not an easy decision, and it broke my heart to do it, but we were left with no other option. We did not receive a single other complaint and all of our other families very understanding and supportive. We communicated with them daily via phone. We also were able to open the classroom back up two weeks later. We did issue credits to tuition to families for the two weeks that the Infant classroom was closed. ************ was mailed a refund check. It was cashed on Sept 26, 2022. Please see pictures below.
