    I place an order in Mid March with Fitted Visions, an ETA for my product of 4-6 week. I reached out about 8 weeks later asking about my order and was told another 5-6 weeks, it has been 14 weeks now. I contacted them about 4 weeks later and was told they would refund me $1149 and never recieved the refund. I contacted them again and was told to check with my bank which I did and bank had no record of them trying to refund me. I reached again and was told to file a complant with my bank. I do not see how this is the banks issue. I’ve tried contacting FV suspension VIA, voicemails, emails, instagram direct messaging, but it seems they have blocked me. I would like my money back being I have not received what I paid for.

    Purchased exhaust for $660 from "Fitted Visions" on Jun. 9 2024 item never shipped and no tracking info was created. Contacted business by email on Jun. 28 2024 asking for any updates and received no response. Contacted business by email on Jul. 15 2024 asking for any updates and received no response. Contacted business by email on Jul.22 2024 asking for updates and received a response saying "Will get back to you on this" Never received any further communication and as of writing merchant website has been down for maintenance for over one month.

    I place an order in Mid May with a ETA for my product of 4-6 week. I then received one email from a supposed employee Kyle on 5/30/2024 asking a few questions about my vehicle for the order then closed the email saying allow 5-6 weeks, it has been 14 weeks now. I did reply to this email on 6/14/2024 which is now 9 weeks ago. I’ve tried contacting FV suspension VIA, voicemails, emails, instagram direct messaging, with the only replies being yes we are working on your order and no we cant send proof and you will hear an update soon which doesn’t happen unfortunately. I have also just noticed my account such I was messaging them on instagram they blocked me on both of their profiles, I know this because I can’t search them, when I go to our chat thread it shows “no posts found” my girlfriend can see their account meaning it is still active.

    I originally made a purchase on 3/21/24 and as of 8/12/24 still do not have my equipment. I have made several attempts via email, text, and phone call. There has only been one response, even as I have requested a refund. This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I have never received the parts I ordered, and they have been completely unresponsive to my requests for refund.

    Order was purchased and paid in full 4/16/2024 $1,149.00. Order #**** for product: FV Suspension - 08-20 Dodge Journey 2WD/AWD. When I ordered the product from I was aware of the disclaimer, for their web site, "Please allow 2-3 weeks for Delivery, These are all made Custom." Shortly after purchase, same day, I received an email requesting I forward my VIN, vehicle identification number, and a statement "Please allow 4-5 weeks for this build. I forwarded my VIN on 4/30/2024. I did not receive a confirmation that they received it. On 5/6 I sent an email requesting confirmation of receive of VIN. They replied 5/7. After no communication from vender of any updates, I sent an email requesting an update on my order on 5/20. On 5/23 they responded with a request of my order# to check status. I responded on 5/25. I received a reply on 5/29 stating "Hey ****. Looks like this is an April order. We just got into March. I have it on the list to build. I will keep you posted when it's done. We are currently using one CNC machine for all builds." After the many emails I sent over the next few days requesting an approximate completion date, they finally replied on 6/7 stating "Hey ****. We are actually closed till Tuesday. I will check in with Mike on this one since i see its on the urgent board." I have sent an email every day since requesting an update or reimbursement due to them being behind. I have not received any response. At this point I would like to be refunded as they do not have the resources to comply with their advertised completion time, whether is the 2-3 weeks on their website, or the 4-6 weeks on the email I received on day of purchase.
