    This company has given me nothing but issues. I told the man I booked with exactly what I had to move, in detail. When they showed up to pick my stuff up, they did not take half of it! They only took 4 large items and a few smaller boxes. Then I was told it would take **** days to arrive, it took over 20 days. When I finally received word it was being delivered, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $400 due to them bringing an 18-******* truck and not being able to fit it in my storage unit area and had to use a "shuttle" How is that my fault that my 10 items was on an 18-******* truck?? When I called and complained they did not care or do anything to resolve my concern. Also, I was told on a Saturday (when banks were already closed) that my stuff was being delivered the next day, Sunday. I was not able to take out the money needed before meeting the delivery driver. I called him ahead of time and explained. He told me just to come and meet and we would figure it out, I had my 10 month old son with me. This driver made me run all over the place, in an area I did not know to get a money order to him. I had to lug my son in and out of stores and through traffic with no remorse from the company. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever, ever had. I demanded a refund but the company basically said, sorry about your luck.

    Indeed moving was hired to move our belongings from HennikerNH to N Myrtle Beach SC.When we made the reservation we were given a quote and said it included gas.When our things were delivered on 3/15/23 we were told we needed to pay $800 for the use of a shuttle truck because our street was too small for their 75’ Truck. We live in a mobile home park and they are delivered without any problems. I wasn’t given an invoice at delivery and was told it would be emailed to me.I’ve never received it and have not been able to receive it or resolve the money issues.I’ve spoken to Kayla and Casey and their manager. Their number is ###-###-####.I’ve called at least 10 times trying to resolve this.

    ******** Heritage outsourced my move to this company. The driver for this company while unloading just through around all my antiques and broke several items. My furniture was behind someone's else's goods and required the driver to pull on the dresser, mirror and bed- damaging and scratching the furniture. He broke the mirror top, the leg off the dresser and scratched the bed frame. Other furniture was treated as roughly. He would unload the goods to the two helpers who worked very hard. The truck driver left to go to ********** while the two locally hired gents set up the furniture. When the driver returned he asked for a tip. As the driver damaged all the furniture and only just handed to the workers, we only tipped the two that did most of the work. This compliant is filed for ***** year old mother by her daughter and POA.
