Doctor is rude as well as staff in office. Son of myself had an appointment. They called me the night before because they didnt couldnt verify my son insurance. Needless to say it was ********* So she called me the night before I called the insurance company to make sure my son has vision insurance. That he did and gave me a phone number for her to call if any issues. We show up to our appointment and she stated she still couldnt verify his insurance. That I need to call the insurance company. I stated I did and tried to give her the number and she stated you dont need to call your insurance company. You need to call the vision plan, very rudely I said I did what you asked of me yesterday and they gave me this direct number for the provider to call. Then I asked to speak with management and she was the eye doctor. I said well you are very rude and you shouldnt be talking to your patients like that . Especially new patient. So then she said well you dont need to be a customer here youre rude and you are terminated like I was just nobody because we were on ********* If she didnt want to take a ******** patient, she should not be accepting the insurance for ******** or commercial with that type of attitude , I spoke with my insurance company and stated that to them and filed the report as well. Nobody should be going to a doctor not feeling along with patient sitting on the desk visible to see and violating HIPAA. This lady is very rude and so is the man in the office as well . The place is filthy full of webs. Appointment was at 9 AM and she didnt open the door till 910 with an attitude at that.
