The described product said it had fringe and the photo showed it had fringe. When I received the product it had no fringe. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue directly with the business however they will only offer me a 50 percent refund.Initial Complaint

Bought and paid for a dining table that i recieved approx October 21, 2024 after a near 4 month wait. It was broken and rusted, the company was contacted ****. I requested a refund and sent pics of item. They stated I would have to ship back overseas at my cost or they could offer 10% to keep. I am not paying to send back a broken rusted item and I have contacted them approximately 20 emails back and forth with them stating they are working on it and be patient!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 furniture items on ******.***. Both items that arrived were of extremely poor quality, but one of them was damaged and not usable. It broke after the first time moving it from one room to another in my home. I contacted the vendor regarding the broken item at the email address they indicated customers should contact them for problems with the order. They did not respond at all until I stated I would dispute the charge with my credit card. Since then, they have been offering multiple unacceptable "deals" as compensation, instead of issuing a refund. I have asked for a refund only for the damaged item, which is $178.52 of the $491.10 I paid for the total order.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ceiling light from them that was missing a support bracket for over $200 + $50 in shipping on June 3rd. I went back and forth with them about the defective item they sent me for over a month. Throughout this month of email exchanges they ignored me clearly indicating how the product they sent me did no match what I ordered from their site. They said if I was unhappy with it I could pay to ship the item back. Note, returning the product will cost you nearly $200 because they stick you with shipping it back to *****! Save yourself the headache, hassle and wasted money. In the end I was over the pointless email exchanges and accepted 45% refund just to throw away the fixture. In the end it cost me $160 for a fixture that is in the trash. I posted about this experience on Turstpilot and Litfad "VIP service" reached out to waste another 1.5 months of my life with emails. They finally offered me a 100% refund, and AFTER I accepted the refund they said it was contingent upon me giving them 4 or 5 stars on Trustpilot. I refused to do this because NOTHING about their products or service is worth any more than 1 star so I'm still out $160 with nothing to show for it with this company. I recommend you use ANY other company than this one. Wayfair's products are very similar, they have much more reasonable return policies and their customer service is great.Initial Complaint

**** sent me wrong package and now put a condition to refund my money if return package to this address **** doing it on purpose so that they dont have to refund buyers money.Its a fraud by **** to make money.They kept order from seller and send $5 item to buyer and ask them to return to this address and claim they dont received return.In this way **** taking original item and money.Initial Complaint

I received a package from ***** on June 17, 2024. I did not order the product. I opened the box and dont know what this product is for or how I could possibly use it. The reference number is ***************. The purchase number is 112 3051316-5189828. The tracking number was ************. I dont know if money was taken from my account to how much if it was. I purchased a bed from them in March they contacted me 3 weeks later to inform me that they did not have my bed, after going back and forth I agreed to purchase a new bed. The bed took 2 months to come. The day of delivery a delivery driver for the company refused to bring up my bed because he said it was damaged and told me if I wanted to see it I had to come downstairs. When I got downstairs they were already gone. I don't even know if they brought my bed I was sent one picture of something I couldn't even tell was my bed. I contacted them and they did not respond for 72 hours until I threatened to call my bank and after a week of back and forth they claimed that my bed was not damaged and asked if I wanted to wait another 2-4 weeks to reship and that the installation fee to build the bed went up. I told them I wanted a refund and they said fine but they would be deducting the shipping fee. I don't even know if they shipped anything to me. I received a broken office desk with a cracked shelf board and multiple paint ******************* on multiple shelf boards. Due to one of the shelf boards having a crack in the middle, the desk is unsafe for use.I received the broken office desk on February 2, **** and sent an email requesting a return due to the "Dead on Arrival" return policy to Litfad via email on February 4, ****. Litfad's response was to ask that I pay for the return shipping fee or accept 40% return off the sale price. I have declined the offer due to the broken office desk being unfit and unsafe for use. The business has not responded to my last request sent on February 7, ****. The desk I purchased arrived broken in multiple places. It was also the wrong color. When I reported the issue and stated that I wanted to return it rather than have replacements sent, they began negotiating first with a 5% discount, a 10% discount, then a 15% discount if I kept it and accepted 1 replacement part. After refusing and asking for my refund and a shipping label multiple times, they said if I kept the desk, they would return 40% of the purchase price, or they could ship one replacement part and a 15% discount. I refused again, and they said they would have to find someone able to handle this problem and that I should contact them if I didn't hear back in 2 days. Their own website says the following, "Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items: 1. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or free replacement if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item." yet they refuse to abide by their own published policies.Initial Complaint

I bought a battery powered chain saw from IToolMax with 2 batteries. One of the batteries only lasted 60 days. I called and e-mailed the customer service department numerous times and asked for a replcement battery, because the product came with a 1 year warrenty.The best they would do is a 20 percent discount on a new battery. Then why advertise a 1 year warrenty?
