  I was pleasantly surprised to learn the results weren’t a scam! Dropping 20 pounds in six weeks seemed a little bold but sure enough, I lost 22! The staff is very supportive in answering questions. It wasn’t some crazy “eat only bananas”or “drink this disgusting mushroom tea” kind of diet. Just simple one ingredient based plans. Really made me realize that Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym!

  I had been looking for something to kick-start my health journey and this was exactly what I needed. The plan was super easy to folllow, the at home workouts were HARD but got me stronger, and I'm back to my pre-baby body :) I'm also breastfeeding and the diet change actually increased my milk supply which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this program if you're feeling like you don't know where to start.

  I was scammed out of 200 dollars. The 6 week challenge that I was supposed to start was never introduced to me after to first call where they explain everything to you. She was supposed to send me a link to log in and start but I never received anything and i can't reach anyone. They took my 200 dollars and that's it. They just stopped communicating.

  6 weeks shred program I would recommend this program for anyone wanting to lose weight. It is structured, all the steps are clearly outlined and you have a community to help with accountability and encouragement

  Wow! What a ride. Im so grateful for the lessons learned and the support of the coaches. I made it through 2 Thanksgiving meals and brought my weight down close to 20lbs, I lost 6.3 % body fat. Im so happy!!How were you physically/mentally/emotionally before working with us? I used to just graze all the time and eat cakes, bread and candy. I learned from this program that I need to eat 3 meals a day. And oh my gosh weighing my food was a big tool! I loss 19 lbs and dropped 6.3 body fat. If thinking about doing it -Do it!! I learned some real lessons on control and setting goals. The trainers were great! And always encouraging and avaible for any questions. And they kept you motivated. Overall this was a great program that challenged me to bet on myself.

  Well the challenge worked and like these other people whom have posted I AM waiting for my refund. I did my goal I’m happy about that but reading these other people whom haven’t received their money is a bit alarming. So the 5 star review is on the program and the weight loss and muscle strength that I gained but if I don’t get my refund I’ll be changing these reviews to 1 star and informing my edit card company. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.

  The ever ready coaching combined with the diet support is a deadly combination for fat release!! The exercise programs can be adjusted to meet you where you are and are challenging enough to keep your body guessing throughout the entire 6 week challenge. I bet $200 on myself to achieve the 20# weight loss over 6 weeks and it was an extra motivator that reminded me that if I cheat, I would only be cheating myself. I would recommend this challenging team to absolutely any one that wanted to lose fat and gain strength!

  Gravity is a great way to get a kick start on your weight loss. they provide you everything you need to eat, exercise and have a coch available 24/7 to provide any other support you might need. Losing weight is never easy and keeping it off is even harder. I would hope that anyone struggling to lose weight give this program a try
