      i HAVE BEEN PHISHINGV OR GETTING ADS ON MY YOU TUBE NON STOPPED NOW FOR "jONES ROAD MAKE UP" AND I WANT IT STOPPED. I have sent you tube many request but nothing is gettiong fixed. THIS HAS BEEN GOING FOR FOR TWO WEEKS NOW AND GETTING WORST. YOU ARE LISTED AS PART OF THE ADVERTISING. PLEASE CONTACT ME.

      I placed an order on 11/23 for 7 items totaling $149.51. The order was delivered to me on 11/29, with 5/7 items ordered in the box plus two items I did not order. I cpntacted Jones Road that same day about the missing items and extra items and have not heard back. I tried several times to follow-up and have not received more than an auto-reply which says typical response time is usually less than ***** hours. I have reached out to the company via Instagram and ******** and the only reply I received was on Instagram where I was told someone would be in touch soon and that there was extra volume of communication from Black Friday.I would like my money back for the items I never received. One of the items I ordered was part of a now-sold out set and cannot be replacement ordered, so I am especially upset that the company could not at least acknowledge this issue. The total, with 8% sales tax, for my items is $46.62. I am left with two items I dont need and didnt order, and no refund or replacement for items I needed and did order. I have communicated with Jones Road in the past and this has never been an issue. This company is also a favorite of mine for beauty products so I am especially disappointed to know that this customer service is what to expect should I decide to purchase from them again.
