    I paid $5650 for procedure April that was not provided because the equipment needed a software update. I waited a month for the software update. After a month I requested a refund. I was told that my check was mailed out to me June 15. I never received a check, I called again and was told the check was never cut and I had to wait until July 1 for a check to be issued. I asked that the check not be mailed that I would pick it up on the first. When I went to pick my check up I was told that I couldnt get the check because the doctor had to signed off on me getting my refund. Theres always a reason why I cant get my refund. They also never return your phone calls. There should be an option for no stars.
