              A group of us were to attend a destination wedding in ****** ******* on July 3-7, 2024. Due to hurricane ***** that hit the island, all flights were cancelled.TOTALLY out of our control.The Rui Tropical Bay offered us a full refund.But, this travel agency is trying to charge us a penalty of 15%.With the airlines giving us a full refund. I believe its only fair that we receive a full refund from Go Go Vacations.

              We booked a vacation back in March 2020, to cruise on Royal Caribbean in July 2020. Covid hit, no cruise sailed and we cant get our $900 back. Liberty says Royal wont refund us , only a credit. Its almost 2 years, Covid is still around and we no longer feel that its safe to cruise anymore. A $900 refund should apply.

              Thank you for taking the time to reach out and allowing us the opportunity to look into this further. Upon further review, the cruise booking was canceled prior to any cruise suspensions. The guests were offered a cruise with confidence future cruise credit with Royal Caribbean for the amount of their deposit. We have reached out to Royal Caribbean, on the customers behalf, to request a refund of the future cruise credit. Unfortunately, they have denied this request. Liberty Travel is a travel agency that provides booking services to its customers. Liberty Travel acts only as an agent. In this role, Liberty Travel books travel services for its customers with individual cruise lines, airlines, hotels, such as Royal Caribbean. The operational decisions made by these travel suppliers are outside the control of Liberty Travel.
