            BBB unable to locate business
            I made close to a $10,000 order with this business on March 11th. When I first placed the order, my order was taking a while to ship so I contacted the establishment. They let me know they could only ship my order partially because they were moving their warehouse. So why not mention that when my order was placed? Fast forward the owner and I were at dispute about the items I received from haven't received. I later realized that the items they claimed to have on hand they either discontinued or currently did not have. Now, I am still owed $928.27 for items that came expired, unfulfilled items and the taxes on the order that they have yet to refund me and its ALMOST July. Every day and week that ends I still have yet to see my money. They keep talking about their accounting firm and waiting for money to come back to their account and waiting to see if the wire fails, and to wait from confirmation from their accounting firm. I am absolutely sick and tired of it. Not to mention the owner ** has been ignoring my messages on his cell phone # **********.

            I ordered 2 optimum care relaxers from this company and they sent me FAKE PRODUCTS. I had a ORIGINAL relaxer that, I already had and compared it to this company product that they shipped me. The color of the box was different, the code on the box was different, and all of the products inside of the box where OLD, DATED, HAD A BAD SMELL, AND WHERE NOT AUTHENTIC! The relaxers are NOT REAL, and I thank GOD that I had enough sense to look at it thoroughly. I literally threw both relaxers away and wouldn't dare put that mess on my hair.
