I have used CPR Select several times, with varying degrees of success. My main complaint and request is that I have no way to receive customer support. I have requested support on many occasions, with no response ever. I have requested refunds, receipts, and support with enrolling members. Because I have been making these purchases on my company card, I need receipts of purchase to verify my transactions made. The receipts must include the last 4 digits of my credit card. If there was any way of requesting a refund, I would have done that, instead. Despite advertising a 30 day trial period, there is no accessible way to request money back. I look forward to receiving assistance.Initial Complaint

I paid for this so I can have a *** *** card for Health Care Providers used for nursing school. This website is a scam. You cannot see what the digital card look like until you give a fake 5 star review. After being forced to review, you'll be able to see the digital card which looks nothing like the *** *** card you need for working in health care. I paid $44.95 and will have to dispute that charge for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE BUSINESS WEBSITE. You have to go attend a class in person. This online class was a scam. I should've known! see pictures attach if it actually uploads to the public. The first picture is from the scam website. The second picture is what you need to work in health care.Business Response

On 12/4/23 I paid $44.95 for a BLS course through CPR select. Their website claims they are AHA accredited (which is why I took the course), though I found that they are not. It is clear that this is a worthless investment/certification because the certification doesn't mean anything. Their course was plagued with repeated pages and typos, and the quizzes provided at the end of each section did not even correlate clearly with given information in the section. The exam itself was a joke. Two questions (our of twenty-five) were the same question, and some of the answers were so unreasonable that it was obvious what the correct answers were. I cannot use this "certification" to prove that I know anything at all about basic life support, and it will not be accepted by jobs that I am applying for, to be quite honest.Business Response

The website is deceitful. It claims it will fulfill AHA requirements, yet it does not. I paid for the *** renewal, which is necessary for healthcare workers and students; however, this certificate is not what it says it is and is only out to get money. I requested a refund and I hope to get it.Business Response

I was looking in internet to renew my CPR license with AHA, and got redirected to ********************** website, I paid my fee and took the course, believing that the license I would get would be valid. They even sent me the eCard with the security control number over email. However, when I look up my certification online to check if is actually valid, it results that it is not; it doesn't even appear on their website. It says that there's no certificate found on their database with my personal information. I want them to refund me the money I paid. They are not even accredited by AHA.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Basic Life Support class for $44.95. It claims it is AHA certified, which it is not because my employer will not take it. As a nurse, I need my BLS to be certified and they made a false claim. I also did not receive an emailed receipt of my purchase, but I did receive a card that is totally invalid for my use. I have attempted to reach out to the company with no luck. Please refund me as soon as possible as the website says it has a 30 day refund guarantee and I purchased this today, 10/14/2022.Business Response
