    Hi-I have a membership at Hand and Stone. Every month I pay for a massage or facial. The last few months I have not been able to get in with services I wanted. If I put my membership on hold they charge me an additional fee. I have thousands of dollars in unused packages piling up and their terms don't help me if I can't book an appointment. I have asked if I can use some of my packages on products and they have been unwilling to accomodate. They say I can transfer my massages to someone else or book double massages but that doesn't help if I can't get an appointment. I would just like to get out of this vicious cycle of being charged and not being able to use my packages. It seems unfair and unreasonable at this point.
