I have had multiple issues with them with multiple medications. Unfortunately, unless I want to pay out of pocket, it is the specialty pharmacy my plan uses. THEY REFUSE to ship meds and ROUTINELY leave me WITHOUT meds for my medical condition! You will be told one thing by one person, then something completely different from someone else! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a ************ AWAY as you will be lucky if you get your meds at all.

IngenioRx is the worst home delivery pharmacy!! My medical insurance said I had to switch to them. I made 22 phone call to them over a 18 day period to get my medication. My monthly medication is now 11 days past due and they still have not shipped it. They said they can ship it but not for another 6 days. My monthly medication will now be 3weeks over due. On top of this, I have to call back every month to get it delivered. They do not do auto. This company is horrible and has poor customer service.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever worked with! I was told my prescription had been denied, my doctor wanted to write a letter to advocate to the insurance company on my behalf. They refused to give a copy of the refusal letter to my doctor because they claimed she was not the prescribing doctor.WHAT??? After many hours of back and forth conversations and so much time on hold they figured out a tech had inadvertently recorded the doctors name incorrectly. Im sorry, but when you have both doctor and patient telling you you are wrong and you have years of records proving it and you still cannot correct your mistake.that is just sad!! I am now on two weeks with no meds and sadly cannot switch due to my insurance company requirements!!

This is the worst online pharmacy I have ever used in 30+ years. I have been without my medication for two weeks, finally got a gap coverage prescription while traveling out of state. They refused to give me more than 2 weeks worth, assuring me that I would get my 90 day prescription once I returned to my home state. I did not. For some inexplicable reason, they cancelled my original prescription and sent me a letter telling me that they cancelled it at my request. That is completely untrue. I called yet again to ask them to fill the prescription. They filled it with a generic when my original prescription stated brand medically necessary. I have spent hours on the phone with them. I get a different answer from each person that I speak with. The first so many people were at least pleasant, even if they were not very competent. Today, the man I spoke with talked over me repeatedly even after I pointed out that there was no way we were communicating effectively if both of us were speaking at the same time. He never apologized for speaking over me or for the difficulty I was having getting my prescription. And by the way, if anyone from Ingenio happens to be reading this, telling a customer that youre transferring them to Clinical means nothing to us. Its your jargon, and it just adds to the confusion and frustration. It is beyond me how they could keep making the situation worse and worse and show no concern about a customer running out of a medication. I thought Express Scripts was bad, and Ive had a few issues with WellDyneRx. I never thought I would miss WellDyneRx as much as I do now. If any other people are stuck using them because your employer switched companies, you have my sympathy. They really are utterly horrible.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Denied medications my husband has been on even when the physician attempted a different medication. The ones they would approve are ones that have not worked in the past. Without his medications his disease will only progress. Submitted an appeal from physician with medical necessity and they still denied. Insurance should never dictate patient care. Highly discourage anyone from using this company!!

Ingenio RX is the WORST service!!! DO NOT USE!. My husband has ran out of his prescriptions because of switching to this service at the 'holdup' of ********* A ********** representative pretty much told my husband he HAD to switch to this service or receive an extra $198 charge each month. He thought, "well, why not...mail order would be easier:...WHAT A JOKE...We are looking at filing a lawsuit! My husband has spent HOURS on the phone with Ingenio. He has been hung up on several times and has received NO resolution. His prescriptions may mean LIFE or DEATH....this service is a JOKE. Customer support is a JOKE! I have worked in customer service and was FLAT OUT told by a representative that calls and cases WERE NOT TRACKED - ALL customer service calls and cases during this day and age are tracked! I have had to call MY primary insurance to even connect and get serious consideration from Ingenio. My recommendation is to NOT USE this service.

IngenioRx is the worst home delivery service I have been involved with. Ive never had to call Aetna Home delivery or Cigna home delivery this many times. I asked them to do a medication and the first time they filled it for 30 days instead of the hone delivery normal of 90 days (why wouldnt u do a neighborhood drugstore for 30). They asked me to do an auto refill and this is something they initiate from their side. They proceeded to do 30 days again and when they offered to make this up with a 60 day they re charged me again. I called again and their service refused to make up my lost charges. This poor customer service sealed the deal for me. Bad customer service combined with bad pharmacy service.

There isn't one person at this company who wants to help. I swear there's so much politics and scamming involved that if you really need a prescription, don't use this place. This will be the subject of some major money laundering scam one day using people who really needed medication as pawns. My theory is only further confirmed by the fact that I call my insurance company BCBS to try and elect a different specialty pharmacy to find out.... wait for it... that BCBS OWNS IgenioRX and is surely profiting from all of it in a million different ways. Can't wait to see the roof blow off this scheme and then watch the ******* documentary in the future.

Very incompetent and undependable. I was on phone with them 7 times in one week because of their mistakes. When I asked them to be taken off automatic refill, they were very rude to me.

Specialist automatically sent prescriptions to them in March. Since I didnt have **verage and was self-pay, I filled the prescriptions elsewhere since they were less expensive. I received an alert from my insurance ** today 7/19, that EOBs were received and paid for 2 medications from them with a dos of 7/11. Shocked I called them and they **uldnt answer why they billed my insurance **mpany 4 months after receiving the scripts, especially when I didnt fill the prescriptions with them, didnt answer or call their one call back and what diagnosis **de was used to get my insurance to **ver it when I definitely didnt have **verage and had to pay out of pocket. Seems like insurance fraud to me!
