      On 6/30/2023 I went to a Fieldprint fingerprinting site in ***********, ** and got my fingerprints taken for the ** state ***** of ******* to finalize my application to obtain a nursing license in **. I was early for my appointment and was fingerprinted. I asked for a receipt and the lady who helped me said that they don't give out receipts. I was concerned about that as I felt it was very odd that you can't get a receipt for a service rendered. I subsequently followed up on the fingerprints and get the post fingerprinting a week later. I called Fieldprint on 7/3/2023 and they stated that I didn't show up to my appointment. I told the service agent that I did show up and was in-fact fingerprinted. The service agent then said that she would call the facility to verify and would contact me through email that same day. I didn't hear from the agent again. I called Fieldprint again on 7/5/2023 regarding the same issue as I need the receipt to turn into the ******** ***** of nursing. They told me again that I didn't show up. I asked the service agent to tell the fingerprinting facility to look at their security cameras. I was told that the facility said I didn't show up. I let them know that I have a receipt that proves I was there and purchased an item in their store. The service agent let the fingerprinting facility know. The fingerprinting facility then told Fieldprint that it must be an error on Fieldprint's part and they started to bicker amongst themselves. Meanwhile, I am left holding the bag!I drove from ********** to *********** to get fingerprinted, 3 hours each way. I took off of work, it cost me money, and had deal with the aggravations associated with 2 facilities blaming each other for their mistakes and leave the customer holding the bag! No refund, no help to reschedule. I was on the phone the second time for over 1.5 hours. The last thing the service agent said was "I'll be right back" and left me on hold for 45 minutes. In the end, I had to pay to reschedule.

      They just keep lying to us and giving us fake extension numbers to people that don't exist.

      On May 26, 2023 I had my fingerprints taken at Fieldprint's ********* ************* location. The prints are required for my ****** Nursing License. The ****** **** sent me a notification on 05/30/23 that they had not received my fingerprints. On 05/30/23 I called Fieldprint, they, in short, said they didn't know why and gave me a tracking number. I called ******, they said, it was probably because I entered the wrong date of fingerprinting on my application. I corrected that date. ****** DCCA then notified me on 06/07/23 that it wasn't the date, my application is being held up because "it appears your left hand fingerprints were done in the right hand box." and "Fieldprint should have reached out to you to notify you of this issue." Fieldprint had not reached out. Due to limited remaining characters, I summarize this: I have called Fieldprint numerous times, my phone showing 234 minutes on the line with them, on four separate days, with multiple disconnects and hold times, over a three and a half week span! Plus having to Call ****** DCCA three times with an average of 45 minutes on hold each time. Fieldprint said that **** had not called them, and until then, they can't reschedule. ****** DCCA said, that's ridiculous, we don't do that, and they have your records so it doesn't make sense and they've always easily rescheduled in the past. I told Fieldprint today, 06/23/23, I will be filing this complaint if they don't resolve the issue by the end of business hours. Business hours are over, they did not call back. At this point I want them to reschedule me promptly, and I want them to refund my $52.10. They have robbed me of over three hours, made me wait on hold, disconnected me, haven't followed through, put me in bad mood, made me call **** multiple times and wasted hours, disrespected my time, and delayed my ability to seek employment in ******, hindering my personal income! I can't get my ****** nursing license until they fix THEIR MISTAKE!.

      Fieldprint is accepting payments to have fingerprints done at ********************** and we are NOT associated with Fieldprint and never have been. We have requested they update their website to remove ** from fieldprintalabama and we are still listed on the website.

      Called them to resolve an issue was hung up on 6 times and am still on hold now. Refund my money as a service has not been rendered.
