Completely fraudulent company! They are adding fees to scheduled monthly payments without notifying my company. This is the third time within three months, after reading the reviews it's obvious I am not the only customer who is a victim of this fraudulent activity. A one time documentation fee was added into my recent invoice without starting a new contract. Furthermore they did not include a line item for that fee, they hid the fee split amongst the two contracts I have opened. I reviewed my previous invoice(s) to find out where the erroneous fees originated from. The one time fee was paid within my February 2024 invoice and hidden in my February 2025 invoice. Check your documentation monthly to make sure they are not charging you more than the contract terms. Absolutely do not use this company as finance option! I am currently exploring options to pay off existing loans to relieve my company of ****'s fraudulent activities!Marlin Leasing Corporation Response

Terrible Experience with Marlin Leasing now DBA Peac Solutions We have had nothing but issues with Marlin Leasing now DBA Peac Solutions. First, they added fees to our bill that were never made clear with our sales *** when we bought the machine. They eventually waived the fees, though it took a couple of months. Second, they kept adding fees for insurance and late fees for not paying the insurance even though we kept ***eatedly sending them documents showing a COI from our Insurance Provider. During our lease term we always paid by check and never gave them our financial institution information to take payments from. Peac Solutions used the information on our checks to take electronic payments from our account without an authorization form allowing them to take such a payment. Third, our lease ended in Feb 2024 and they are still trying to bill us monthly even though we sent a termination letter through our sales Rep **** Still adding Late fees to our account calling/emailing and harassing us claiming they are going to take the payments electronically. We have told them multiple times this is an unacceptable practice, and we will be ***orting them. This company is either completely incompetent or simply dishonest.I would never recommend them to anyone looking to lease. Theyve caused us unnecessary stress and frustration, and they clearly dont respect their customers. I was financed for something I never received, now they're over charging me for something not in my possession. I was also told I had automatic withdrawal's I never once said they could do as I do it manually. I had to call the company to tell then to change my email address from personal email to my business email. I never received emails from them for invoices and only until I called they did and said check my spam mail and then in turn being over charged. ************* said this was the best place, I'm oddly perplexed as I have had nothing but issues since April of 2024. Where I do all the work, ask for help and I get nothing. As far as I'm concerned they are loan sharks. Nobody even reaches out, and the one who has helped, ******* said I can unwind the contract because it has been nothing but trouble and so far I have paid 3 months for something I never received. I'd personally like a refund of the money lost and the contract to unwind, something ******* said I could do. And if we're talking money lost that number is bigger because I could have wasted and my time with people who actually care to see good honest people be successful. This "so called" particullar company does not. I will be in touch with the *** Monday. If you want to resolve the issue like an adult learn to communicate. Marlin Leasing Corporation dba PEAC Solutions. This company does not disclose that they require upfront taxes on equipment leasing agreement. What they do with the agreement is put in (small fonts) - (plus applicable taxes). When asked at the time of signing the agreement the explanation was they only apply to some companies. We later received invoice showing the lease agreement payment amount with additional tax for NYS that was calculated over the term of agreement which includes interest rate. When we contact Marlin/PEAC regarding this and why wasn't it disclosed that they were upfront taxes which would've help us to pay the taxes upfront or not accepting the agreement. The initial agreement with the vendor includes equipment, hardware/software installation plus taxes - a bundled agreement from the vendor and PEAC. With a bundled the covered all price included taxes.Obviously this not the case with PEAC. The added additional taxes of *****% over ************************************************************************* my life I've never paid interest on sales taxes. In addition to this PEAC also added insurance fees which I've already had insurance. A copy of the policy was given to PEAC which they totally ignore my policy and charged me additional $150.00 per month. When this company was Marlin, they were much more willing to work with their customers. Obviously the times we are living in merit considerations and adjustments. PEAC pulled money from my account causing me to be overdrawn, after already receiving a partial payment two weeks prior, without my permission. I have paid 70% of this account off, and they do this! I have every intention of paying it in full and told them so. I just needed a month to catch up due to family medical hardships. Also, my business closed its doors in January thanks to ***** economics. I tried to call and speak with the person responsible for this and they literally disconnected me. Marlin/Peac Solutions is overcharging per invoice.I cannot get a straight answer because they are saying that their systems are down. It's been a few days now They are reporting me 30 days late to the credit bureaus. I am not 30 days late because I feel I have overpaid. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. We had three printers which we needed to return. After contacting the ******************** on how to do this, they sent letters stating the final payoff amounts that "represent the amount necessary to satisfy the outstanding contractual obligation". They also informed me to stop making monthly payments and to make sure ******** pay was turned off (because obviously, final payment was being made). Payment was sent (and checks cashed). And now they continue to hound me saying we're behind on our lease payments? What part of FINAL payment do they not understand??? Stay away from them if you can, but chances are you have no choice if your lease gets sold to them. Not nearly enough room to voice all the issues we've had with them during this return process. I have I thought reached an agreement to reorganize the loan and paid 10k more into it and so far nothing has changed. PEAC keeps hounding me that we are delinquent and about to go into collections. Meantime I am assured by the ****** that they are working on it and I will get new agreement soon. This is 2 months already and the left doesn't know what the right is doing. I'm very nervous now about the whole thing and losing sleep over it while dealing with serious health issues!Marlin Leasing Corporation Response

We purchased/leased an automotive alignment machine in 2019 from Strap-on and could get great service on a lease/purchase contract with Marlin Leasing and have recently been advised that the MARLIN LEASING is now PEAC SOLUTIONS. This is the worst business experience I have ever had. I asked Marlin/Peac to stop charging me the $35 per month insurance, because my business insurance covers my equipment and building contents along with customer vehicles. I was informed that the charge could be removed. TWO years later and it is still being deducted from my account. I have now paid $1900 in unnecessary insurance fees. At best I would rate this company as TERRIBLE. The only thing worse than their fees is the poor customer service. The people that keep calling me to "HELP" me buy more equipment are very friendly though!!. Their motto should be "**** over and we will give you some service with a smile"Do your research and know that there are MANY options that are better than Peac/Marlin "fleecing"!!!Marlin Leasing Corporation Response

I'm an attorney in South ***** that leases a copier from Marlin. Recently, collectors on behalf of PEAC have started hounding me. They claim I'm behind on my lease. When I checked my bank statements I noticed Marlin/Peac has been double billing me most months and also has been billing me whatever the h*** it wants. My lease is $ 107 a month (plus tax and $ ***** for insurance), but these clowns have been billing me at $ ****** per month, sometimes twice a month. Since the rebranding, it's been a nightmare. No one knows anything and you can't get a straight answer. Maybe that's their plan....in the meantime, they're double tapping my account. What really bothers me is that I've been on auto draft payment from the very beginning....so how can Marlin/Peac argue that I've fallen behind on my payments.These guys have zero clue and don't know what the h*** the left hand is doing.
