I was told I could pay a deposit of ****** to hold a car. I paid the deposit to hold the car then was told later that day that someone walked in the lot to buy the car and since they were in person and not online they could buy the car even though I reserved it. I was not informed of this before paying them ****** and have wasted countless hours, money, and resources for a car transaction that was unjustly handled by the sales manager..Initial Complaint

I sympathize with the desires of ***************************, unfortunately our repairs and resolutions are limited my the terms of the manufacturers warranty. Fortunately, this was a covered item and a remanufactured engine was installed. The repairs have been completed and the vehicle was returned to the customer. I am confident that this repair has resolved her mechanical concerns. We would be agreeable to looking at her vehicle as a trade in at any time if ***** decides that is her preference. ******************** has been a great customer and we will continue to provide her with as much assistance as possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Sincerely,

I took in my car for a four-wheel alignment on September 17th for $199.99 because it pulled to the right side of the road. A few minutes after I left the dealership, the engine light came on, and the car shook for about 2 miles before the shaking suddenly stopped, and the light went off. I took it back on October 13th for revaluation, and they decided to change the two front SOP TIE RODS for the alignment and charged me $384.00 for labor. When I got my car back on October 21st, the engine light came on again; the car shook for a few miles and stopped shaking, but the engine light is still on, and the vehicle is pulling to the left now as reported to the Advisor after the first service on September 17th.Initial Complaint

My daughter purchased a *** 330i from *** of ***** Laurel on 6/26/2021. My daughter was provided temporary tags in which the salesperson who is no longer with the company explained the tag would be mailed out. My daughter called the dealer to ask about the tag since the temporary tag was expiring. The dealer would respond by saying the tag would be mailed or they would call and she would be able to pick up the tag. However, that was false and my daughter went to get the car inspected and while at the *** she asked about a new tag since the temporary tag was expiring. The *** provided her with another temporary tag but that tag expired as well and she still did not have a new tag for the car. My daughter was then told by the dealer she had to and download a form (Delaware Inspection Form) and send it to the dealer and they would send it off for her to receive the tag. My daughter sent the form back to the dealership as requested. She never heard anything from the dealer and the other temporary tag expired as well. I call the dealer and spoke to **** on 10/21 who explained that the problem was that my daughter didn't send in the original form in which nobody called and explained. They have been giving us the run-a-rounds and I would like this issue resolved ASAP. Also, the car was suppose to be pre-certified and the car needs new brakes as well.
