I took my car on May (around the 17th) to get a door fixed and an oil leaking. They called at the end of the day to tell me they didnt have the parts and to give them few weeks for a call back to schedule the service, two months passed by and didnt get a call. I called and they said the parts were there. I scheduled the appointment in early July for the repairs. They called that afternoon to say the parts werent the rights one and they need to order the parts and I need to come back. I made the appointment for 2 weeks again for July 17th. Took my car last Wednesday, they said it was going to be ready by the end of the day. At the end of the day, they called to ask if they can keep the car one more day, if it was an inconvenience and I said yes, I need a car since a work doing home visitation. They offered a loaner, I picked up the loaner next day in the morning, after I spent money on Uber to drop my kids at summer camp and the dealer. On Friday at 6pm they left a voicemail because I didnt hear my phone ringing, saying that it was going to be ready on Wednesday July 24. I called, texted and nobody answered or returned my calls. Today Friday July 26 I dont have my car or an update on my car.Business Response

I bought my 2021 Nissan Sentra in April of 2023. A few months went by and I went out to go to work my car wouldn't start I took it to the dealer ship and they told me it was the battery. However I had to charge my car over night in order for it to run even after that the car still wouldn't start. So fast forward the car was good for like 5 or 6 months no real issues. Just about a week ago I started having the same issue. Something is staying on and draining to the point that I am stranded no matter where I am can't get the car stated. Ever since I basically got the car. This car is a lemon and I will not drive around with it with my two babies in the car it is dangerous. I was trying to get a new car from them being this is not my fault. They are stating I need 3000 dollars down. I do not have that. I have been having issues with this car since I bought it. When I bought it I traded my car in that they gave me money for which was like 6000 and then an additional 3000 dollars down so total of like 9000 dollars down on the car from what I am understanding and I pay ****** a month for a lemon and they will not help me out at all. This is not my fault at all. I want out of this car its not safe to drive my two babies around. Also I have been paying this car on time ever single month for the last year it shouldn't be this hard to get a new car. This dealership is absolutely no help they sold me a lemon and they just still wanna take my money. I really hope I can get something resolved by coming to you guys. Thank You *************************Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Hey this is ******. Following up with my complaint from a few months back. The dealer ship took my car in they stated they fixed my car. However my car is still doing the same thing. Such as starting it is a push start when I put my foot on the break and hit the button nothing happens. They have looked at my car 3 times and each time the car comes back the same and acts up. I call them they tell me there is nothing wrong with my car. I just want my car fix or replaced with a new one. Now I am starting to believe they sold me a lemon.

*** ****** leased a car from *** *** on 12/01/2022. The lease company reports payment history to the buraus whether on time or late. Both our credit coach and representative from the lease company has spoken to *** ****** and I believe she is satisfied. She requested her late payments be removed from the credit reports, which we are unable to do. If she wants to dispute the late payments she would need to contact the credit companies.. I'm not familiar with ******* she refers to, but I don't believe it applies. We do notify the customer when their payments are do, and notify when they are late, by phone and text..

In 2019, I leased a car from **** At the time I had no credit. It was my first big purchase. When the lease ended 3 years later, after paying every bill on time, I refinanced the car. The dealership was rude and rushed when helping me and failed to inform me of an account number change for my mobile payments on their website. I continued to make my monthly payments to a lease account that should have been closed, which they failed to do. I noticed the error when I was not receiving confirmation even though the money was being withdrawn from my checking. When it was brought to the attention of the finance department at the dealership, they told me to seize payments while they reapply what Ive already paid to the new finance account online. During this time, my car was wrongfully repossessed. I missed days of work, spent days without a car and used Uber to get around. **************** promised to reimburse me and never did. I was blamed for missing one payment, the one they advised me not to make and would have been within their late payment grace ****** anyway. The dealership said they couldnt help me any longer since they dont deal with finances and gave me a number for a credit repair team that never returned my voicemails. I was worried to continue making payments online and decided to buyout my car ($14,000+). I am still waiting for the title that I am not confident is coming. Since then, I tried opening a credit card with my bank and was deemed ineligible. The manager of the bank told me that is from my credit score which should never be this damaged considering I had no credit before doing business with ***. As a 26 year old, I was hoping to build credit not ruin it. The dealership and customer service is unhelpful. Thank you for considering my case.Business Response

On 7/20/22 I initially contacted ********************************************** to inquire about a specific vehicle to see if it was in transit or on their lot..I was told the vehicle was in transit and would arrive on 7/28/22. Was told they would need a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle until it arrived, I gave them my account info and put down a $500 refundable deposit instead which they accepted...Miraculously an hr after receiving my deposit the vehicle arrived at the dealership. The sticker price was $45,350 but there was an added maket adjustment charge of $3999.00 which I was not too familiar with which brought the total of the vehicle to $49,345 and $53,261 after taxes..After viewing the buyers agreement with my credit union I immediately contacted the manager at the dealership to request a refund of my deposit.. After some back and forth about the cost of the vehicle the manager abruptly hung the phone up on me with no resolution or timetable to when I would receive my deposit..I immediately called them back and requested my deposit of $500 be returned ASAP....Since 1030AM 7/25/22 I have spoken to 2 different people who claimed this process would happen immediately and still have not received my refund..It took all of 5 minutes to for them to take, process and receive my $500 but they are dragging their feet to return my deposit..I would like to have this resolved ASAP because this dealership has my bank account info..Business Response
