    Armature Lake Pt ****** Fl 1.Apt mngt/ staff The mngr a) does not treat anyone fairly or with respect b) The leasing staff and mngt do not document any tenants complaints or requests.. No paper trail c) constant threats, eviction notices, and harassment from Manager Illegal activities a) rental increases of 22%b) Fees and increases at will outside of already existing lease agreements e) Withholding all deposits, rent gouging, not prorating the rent f) removing tenants negative reviews and blocking emails, inorder to mislead others g)charges rez based on if she believes they can afford more example ..she charged for parking whilst all other residents have a free parking space included in their rental lease added in more money for pest/trash after 21 days of occupancy then sent eviction notice for $65 Ammenties 1. an unusable poorly maintained pool 2. un-maintained Laundry room on complex with about 6 washers and dryers 3. Kids playground reasonable 4. bbq grills not many but ok 5. grounds poorly kept Interior Features 6. Apts very old no modern conveniences no DW, WD hookups .. everything is sooo old and outdated .. 7. apts being updated by maintenance very very shoddy unacceptable workmanship 8.Unlevel Linoleum floors 9. Electrical plugs and outlets and all lights short out
