On Saturday November 2nd 2024, my daughter tried to go see Funny Marco and was told I never paid for tickets which is incorrect. I paid for **** ***** tickets and Funny Marco tickets at separate times. I did not call in to switch any tickets. I called in because I received an email to call and advise what day I wanted to switch my **** ***** to because the original date was changed. I never received a credit on my credit cards from Stress Factory which is what my daughter said she was told. I am attaching the charges from **** ***** amd Funny Marco purchases I purchased **** ***** tickets on Feb 13 2024 and it looks like my order number was changed and some how got mixed up with my Funny Marco tickets. Me and the lady I spoke with never discussed Funny Marco I was also charged for Funny Marco as you can see on my credit card statement on 9/6. I come to your venue often and I live in Asbury Park and it was very inconvenient to come 45 minutes and be turned away for something that was not my fault.

On September 18, 2024, I purchased tickets to see a Comedy show. I believed I was purchasing 2 tickets for a table holding 2ppl. The website was misleading, and I accidentally purchased 2 tables of 2 ppl, meaning I really got 4 tickets and 2 tables. This was a mistake the Venue realized and contacted me afterwards. Once they informed me of my error, I was told I could not receive a refund but instead a “credit”. A credit that could only be used for another show. I do not want to come back to see any other show! I have no desire to come back to such and unethical establishment. Upon further investigation I found there has been multiple complaints/reviews on this same matter, I am not the first person to experience this scam. Stress Factory is under the misunderstanding that they are absolved of any wrongdoing because they posted NO REFUNDS. They have purposely set up their website to be confusing so this “Accident” can occur and keep their unsuspecting customers hard eared money. Or force them to return another day only to spend more money on their 2-drink min policy. I only want to attend my show! A credit of $58.00 now sits on an account allowing Stress Factory to not only keep my money but resell the table. I just wanted my money back; I have no intention of returning after my show.
