Refund and Exchange Policy

- If you need to cancel or alter the inspection services you've requested/scheduled, please do so prior to the day of your inspection and it's no big deal. any deposits or pre-payment will be returned. They don't take money without providing a service to their customers.

Other things to know ahead of time:

- If the property owner has not made certain areas of the home accessible at the scheduled inspection time, and you want Mike to return at a later date/time to re-inspect the specific area once it HAS BEEN made accessible, an added fee for travel and scheduling will be charged. Mike keeps it as low and reasonable as possible.

- Continuous rescheduling may result in an added fee, only if it happens repeatedly.

- Payment is to be made prior to or at the start of the inspection. Any special considerations requested will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis (this doesn't include for example, if they find mold during the regular home inspection and you want to add a mold sampling then: of course! That's totally understandable. As long as timing allows, they'll get it done and you can make payment afterwards).

- If closed-house conditions aren't upheld by the homeowner or evidence of tampering causes radon test results to be ruined, an added re-testing fee for travel and test kits would be assessed. Let the homeowner know ahead of time that you won't appreciate that.
