Well they were prompt and quick!! However they gave me the wrong mattress. They left one that is gross and diety. I have filed a complaint and have pursuing getting a replacement for over a month with NO RESULTS!! I NEED A DARNED BED!!!@@@Review from Shannon F

I would not recommend US Relocation Services to anyone. We requested a quote from 2 Men and a Truck, but ended up being contacted by US Relocation, who then subcontracted out to a third company. The movers ended up damaging some of our property as well as, some molding around a door frame. They said nothing and attempted to hide it. We hired the movers for 3 hours, but they snuck away after just over 2 hours, not even bothering to communicate they were leaving. They left 80% of our furniture in shrink wrap which is the only thing they used to protect our furniture. They did nothing to cover our mattresses. I felt like we had just hired some random guys off the street who had no experience with moving. I have attempted to contact US Relocation via phone and email and received no response in how to file a claim for our broken property. ****** and ***** are not helpful at all. Be warned- stay away. Based upon our experience, I am very surprised they dont have a lower BBB rating.Review from Frances P

I would like to let you know that I now realize the entire scheme that you and the drivers who brought my moving things have done. Having a signed contract for a certain amount, you charged me an extra $400 and made me have a very bad and stressful day, arguing with your people. First of all, you knew very well the address of my house here in **, which is residential housing. How could the drivers think that they should know their job and that trailers of that size are not accepted here? You also told me that you risk getting a ticket from the police and you threatened me that I would have to pay for it. So I personally went to the police station and they authorized me to come with that trailer to my house for a few hours and they didn't want to do that either, that's why I agreed to pay that extra money because I was desperate to have my things at home; Now the most surprising thing is that when they finally came with my things, they took more than 3 hours to come down and move my move to my apartment, and when I made the payment online and desperately accepted everything, they arrived at my house in half an hour, so now I realize that it was all a trap, they already had everything in the U-Haul and they were just waiting for me to make the payment. Because of all this, this was the first and last time I do business with you. And expect a bad review and also a report to the BBB, since in addition to this, your drivers asked me for a tip, so I told them if they could do an extra job for me, which was to move the base of the bed, and the first thing they asked how much they were going to pay me, so I gave them $160. So all of this was a bad experience with you. No more business with you.Review from Mirna B

This company is disorganized and do not take responsibility for losses. The 1st problem I had was their punctuality, we agreed that they would be at my house at 9:00 and they arrived at 1:00pm. The movers broke the TV stand, one of the boys was eating chips sitting on my mattress without protection and with his fingers full of food coloring. I had some large items that I was going to leave so I took them to the sidewalk and one of the movers asked me if he could take them so he put them in the truck, the problem was when they had to leave our belongings because they no longer fit in the truck. When I called to find out if they had a delivery date ***** was very rude and never returned my calls, when the move arrived only one man and his wife came in the truck, he asked me if I wanted him to leave my things in the garage, he started asking me how he was going to put everything in their place because it was going to be so complicated, I began to receive calls from ***** asking me to make the 2nd payment but how they were expecting me to complete the payment if they hadn't started unpacking and they didn't even have enough staff to do it. After hours of waiting, 2 more people arrived to help. When they opened the truck the first thing I saw was one of my mattresses without plastic and completely dirty, when they finished unloading the things they left everything unassembled, when I asked the man to do it he told me that they hadn't hired him for that so they left everything wrapped in plastic, many things arrived damaged and dirty, one of my husband's **** handles was lost, after this whole nightmare I can say that the estimate was $6,500 at the end we paid $9,500 and that's ok if it's a professional company but this company gives a terrible service and they are going to return us $75.00 for the damaged things not to mention that filling out the claim is a very long and tedious process. I thought I hired US Relocation but the name of the brokers was Move it ***.Review from Adenike N

I used US Relocation *** about a month ago for a local move. The dispatcher that booked me gave false promises, stating that the movers would assemble my furniture once moved. The move itself was ok. They were positioned to leave 45 minutes early into the 3 hours under the contract, but I needed my dining table assembled. The movers told me that the dispatcher told them not to assemble the table. It would not have taken them past 10 minutes to take care of this. Another problem that I have is that when I presented the issue back to the company, they ignored me until I threatened to report them to BBB. They quickly responded promising to look into the issue, but then ghosted me again. I should have looked them up on this site as this would have told me all that I needed to know.Review from Yvonne L

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!****** under quotes despite giving him acurrate information. When the movers show up, you are surprised to find out that your price will double because of this. After you get the quote, you will be given a dispatcher; **** was the worst. When things got bad, he would not return phone calls or emails. At the end he said I was getting a $300 break which was not the case, they were not honest about any of it. In the end, after a lot of arguing and a lot of hassle and turmoil I received my items 2 weeks later than promised and a distrust for a lot of companies now.Review from Kamya C

US relocation ensured that this was the best moving company known in the city and it is very unfortunate that these movers nor did the manager live up to that expectation. This morning the movers had called me about payment and I informed them about me paying in the afternoon and that I had already paid half on Friday to which was informed to US relocation. There had been some type of miscommunication between the broker company and VIP and so I was put in a three-way call with both accompanies explaining the situation. My mom was there to witness the moving. The movers were purposely moving slowly and took a 15 minute break while the break was only 5 to 10 minutes , and then my little brother initiated to help with the move due to the slow pace of moving 17 boxes and furniture. My new house was only less than 2 miles away from my old one and the movers purposely took over at half an hour to drive the truck to a six minute destination. I then complained on the three-way call on how my mom waited for them for over 30 minutes to bring our items, and the manager took the opportunity to yell at me and act completely immature and unprofessional to the point where US relocation had to step in and inform him that there was misinformation that he was refusing to understand to which I explained to him that his movers purposely created an extra hour for me to pay out-of-pocket in order to make more money. I am beyond disgusted with this company, especially with the managers behavior and reaction towards his workers lack of professionalism and work ethic. I promise I will never be using this company again and this is not my first rodeo doing a ************** so the fact that the manager felt that it was best for him to act out of character due to his own morality, and not as an actual manager has me baffled in words. I hope someone read this understand that the manager who is connected to the main line is beyond unprofessional and deserves to be held accountable.Review from Chandra Shekar B

I am writing this post to help other customers. I did a long distance move last week with this company. *********************** is my sales person and this process went very smooth because he promised me that all my furniture will fit based on the inventory they collected and the pictures of every room with furniture in it. The move was very traumatic, painful and hurtful because movers stressed me out very much with their constant whining that they are tired and i have lot of stuff etc. etc. They told me they stacked everything high but you can see there is couple feet left from the roof. Movers brought a ******************************************************************************************* that you booked for 26 feet and we are not going to charge you for extra 10 feet and i have lot of stuff. The fact is, if they stack my boxes properly and secure my furniture properly then everything will fit. I also had to leave lot of furniture and belongings in my house. Now i have to find a way to get all that stuff back to my current house. On the day of the move i tried to complain to **** and he told me that the movers are very professional and they stacked everything nice and high and that i have lot of stuff. **** never saw my boxes and how good the trailer is stacked. I was pushed to a corner on the day of the move. I could write pages and pages here.Please do not waste your hard earned money. I lost mental piece, money, scratches on my hardwood floors and i got damaged furniture. I gave the same feedback to **** yesterday.Review from Brooke M

Terrible. Dishonest. I was given a bid of 6300 and they ended up charging ****** - do not use them. Their trick is the bid it low and then make fraudulent up charges and then they have your stuff and threaten you. Look at the other reviews - its a scamReview from Regena J
