      Details: -date of transaction: 02/24/25 -amount paid: 100.00 dollars -performance promised: to provide support through either in person(after appointment) or through their liason at the number ###-###-#### to get in contact with landlords/rentals as the "purpose" and industry that is the nature of their website -nature of the dispute: the liason nor the email provided at the website brought anything to the table. I got no response from the email given and their representative held communication to get the money but provided not even a single link, contact, address,nor reference to communicate with any landlord. The person just complained about the landlords being, and i quote, "". The dispute should stand as the performance offered was: "We do not guarantee that the client will find a satisfactory rental through our sources. We will guarantee Updated/Viable Rentals that match your criteria either through our web site or via Customer service. We will set as many appointments as it takes for you to find a suitable rental. If you miss appointments we will no longer set appointments for you, But we will continue to supply you with UPDATED RENTAL INFORMATION at your request. " -The business did no attempt to reach back and solve the issue and I got no response after 24 hours that the transaction was done. I still see the money on hold in my bank account under "pending" but it was taken out from the available amount -These services where promised at the website in the same page as a disclosure below the payment information for individuals who want to get access to the contact information.

      This website posts fake apartment listings on *********** when you call the number on the ad they tell you to pay $100 to sign up for their website which turns out to be full of fake/outdated listings copied from ********************** Ive called a few numbers on New Jersey Rentals listings and either the number is not in service or if you do get an answer the property owners have never heard of this site. If you try to call/email the business itself you will either get no answer or false information. Its a total scam. If you are trying to find somewhere to live please do not waste your time or money on these people

      These peaple me i have to pay a $100.00 registration fee in order to see an apartment at **************************************************************I have called multiple times and all i get is the ansering machine.
