    On June 8, 2022 an order was placed with H31353135323335343**5H for a shirt/pants set ****-02 white 4XL/48 Order #*****. H31353135323335343**5H, ************************************************ . A tracking # was provided 1Z46Y7R10300943294, However, the package was never provided to **** Several calls for weeks were made to H31353135323335343**5H to obtain order #*****. In the middle of July, I spoke to ********** in hopes of receiving substitute merchandise for paid order. He acknowledged that order #***** was not sent out from his warehouse.The amount paid for order #***** was $99.90 He agreed to check availability of shirt/pants sets style numbers which I provided from H31353135323335343**5H website (www.uniqueH3331353**03835333834Hsclothing.com). I submitted style #****-157, #****-132, #****-16 and #**C34 (see attachments). My follow up phone calls, emails were ignored. Therefore, I'm reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

    The date of the transaction was on 11/08/2022. I purchased a suit from this store and was told to come back after the alterations were made the following week. After trying on the suit at home, the suit ******* not right, in particular with the suit pants. I bought it back to them on Monday 11/14 and explain to ****, the associate that helped me try on the suit, that the pants I bought home were not the same. **** said that it is the same suit pants that he gave to the tailor. I did not agree because the pants fit right in the store during try on and when I bought it home, it was too loose! When I bought the suit back, the tailor had to adjust the pants by tighting the waist part. After he done that, I tried on the suit and fit right, but left with another problem that I pointed out to him, which was the crotch area where it was bulging and pointing out. His response was that it was perfectly normal for a pants to drape that way and there is nothing that can be done. So I had to take the suit back and left disappointed and later discovered that the suit jacket sleeve lengths were totally uneven after the tailor altered it. Therefore, I was left with an ill fitting suit that does not fit and I want my money back and according to their store policy they do. Ot give refunds, and I do want a refund because they messed up the suit and I cannot wear it. ??

    Customer came to the store and shopped along with his family. His brother purchased 2 suits and he was convinced to purchase the suit he was getting by his family. We did the alterations asked as apart of the purchase however he came be mentioning the way the front of the pants he did not like was laying on his body. All suits are made in different models and styles and this is something he should have brought up before purchasing and having alterations made to the suit. Unfortunately we do not exchange or return altered merchandise but customer was only given what he asked for. In addition we did additional alteration work at the time at no cost to accommodate him to the best of our ability.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I am reaching out because I need to reopen my complaint against the business. It looks like I missed the response from the business, and I saw it today, my apologies. I am not satisfied with their response. I want to return back the suit for a refund. I understand that the suit was altered, but after the alteration, I am finding additional issues with suit including the jacket were I discovered that there was poor alteration on the sleeve length. Yes my family was with me, but in my opinion I think they purposely did a poor job on my suit because I spent less money than what my brother spent with them when I shopped in their store.
