    **************** never ever get this service. US mobile is much better and less pricy. Indian base call center customer service. They don't kniw what service is called. ********** staff. Never solve your concern. They will try not to give PIN code. All of sudden change your plan. Don't go with this company

    Hey Everybody Im a leave this jewel contact the attorney *************** for Mediation. Report Lyca Youll get your number back. The scam is for them to keep your number. Call 212 merry 416 Christmas 9804 mediation. Happy Holidays. They wont let me put the numbers together but if you smart youll give it a call.

    Terrible customer service. Looks like they are running a scam company. Lyca agents are very unprofessional.Spoke to at least 5-6 agents regarding a refund . They all had one thing to say we will not refund your money. Is there anything we can do to assist you with ?When I requested to speak to their supervisor every time the agent said , hes busy . When I insisted the agent connected me to another colleague to acted like a supervisor and I could tell that because of the way he was talking . These agents have a script in front of them which they read to you from top to bottom irrespective of your question. You ask them something they seem to parrot some script without even addressing your concern/ issue. I will never recommend anyone to use **** services. Terrible terrible !!!

    Horrible network, disgusting customer service.I lost the ********************** SIM months ago. I did not use the line and the auto recharge was off. They still kept charging me every month for 3 months. Talked to customer service, they said they cannot refund even if I didn't use their service. Specifically emailed them and talked to them to turn off the auto recharge. They said they will turn off auto pay in 6 hrs. To my surprise, I was charged again next month. Incompetence or fraud? I don't know. I called again, the customer service agent said they cannot refund and even DROPPED THE CALL. This is a scam of a company. Stay away.

    *********** is a complete fraud. In August 2024, I accidentally purchased two SIM cards for a three and 6-month plan. I immediately called ************ who said it would take five business days to refund me the 6-month plan. Today is November 14th, and I still have not gotten the refund; each time I called, they said it would take another five business days. If I asked for the supervisors, they would say none was available. Today, I was told that it has been rejected, and they said they do not know the reason. Again, *********** is a complete Scam.

Unnecessary Information Request: Mr. ***** asked for personal details (date of birth, address, contacts list) beyond what seems necessary for cancellation.2. Refusal to Provide Account Pin and Number: Despite my request, Mr. ***** insisted on collecting all requested information before proceeding.Assistance in canceling my account without providing unnecessary information.Clarification on **** ************* collection policies.I have requested to speak Supervisors But they declined

    Horrible horrible experience if i can give a 1000 negative stars i would , they will drop your promotional rate at the slightest issue of payment or fraud prevention from your bank, wont give you opportunity to pay , held my account number and pin for porting hostage hung up on me 4-5 times wasted 5 hours on the phone 4 days trying to port out. had to pay $16 to get service again to port out. Will never ever do business with this business or its subsidiaries ever again, if you value your time your money and your sanity stay FAR FAR AWAY.

    Dear ********* I am a big victim, As I said my Tel # is Hacked, Hacker took my money around $9000.00 form my bank account, Created a new account in ******** and transferred that money from my account to the hacker's newly created account, changed password in my ************* which is ********************* where I have credit card account as well. Hacker changed my password in ******** bank account, in **************** account, ******** account, opened an account in LINK by using my bank info by which money going from my bank account to the hacker's **** bill paying, Changed password in ******** account, created an account in "ZOOM" by using my info, Changed my password in ***** account and ******** account, Changed password in DISCOVER CREDIT CARD account. What else the hacker left to do, did everything up to the point he/she can do and still doing. All I got because I have an account in LYCAMOBILE. I just read many ****** reviews for LYCAMOBILE and got all the horrible stories from all 48 different LYCAMOBILE former customers. **************** for ********************** is worst. Now I realize Lycamobile itself a big trap to attract the people to get in the **** and start stilling their money by using different trick and destroy the customer's life.

    I have been a **** customer for years, mostly because they are cheap and offer free minutes to call internationally. After having to deal with their customer "service", I will be switching to a provider that knows what they're doing.I forgot my phone at an airport and blocked my Sim card. The blocking process was supposed to take two hours, yet, I could still call and text said phone for over a week. The phone was found, and I got it back once it was finally blocked, which means anybody could have requested access codes to my bank account in the meantime. When I called to unblock it, it was supposed to take two hours again to unblock it. 24 hours later it was still blocked. At this point, I had been locked out of multiple accounts that all required a code texted to my phone as two-factor authentication for over a week. I called again, just to be told they would put in the same request again (for another two hours). To be continued...Not a single ****** at customer service speaks decent English. Representatives repeat the exact opposite of what you are asking for back at you, keep reading off some script, and are just generally unhelpful. There is a separate recent issue with the Sim card, which I have had for almost 8 years, that appears to be Android-related. The first ****** gave me a number that does not exist. The second ****** hung up after I asked three times. An absolute waste of time and money.

    I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received regarding my *** card issues with Lycamobile I am currently experiencing significant difficulties with my old *** card , which I lost ***, and I need to do a *** SWAP ( I recently purchased a new *** card. but need assistance with the *** swap process to activate it) . Despite my attempts to resolve this through customer service and sending emails to cs@********************** I have not been able to get my service restored for more than a week. I have sent email on 9/16and until today 9/23 I have not received any response
