    I recently placed an order for delivery that I received way beyond the estimated time of delivery. I placed my order around 1:18 pm (that is the time that I received my confirmation email). The confirmation email stated that it would be an estimated delivery time of ***** minutes. After about 45 minutes we called the store we ordered for and they stated that it would be delivered within 7 minutes. About 15 minutes passed and we placed another call to the store to inquire about the delivery. When we called, the representative that answered the phone, ******, stated "we are full on deliveries". We asked what did that mean as it wasnt a good explanation for why we did not get our delivery as of yet and he responded by just stating the same thing "we are full on deliveries". We asked why did we receive an email stating an estimated delivery time of ***** minutes if they are short staffed and was expecting a longer delivery time. The representative did not respond and you heard dead air for 30 seconds until I asked if he was still there. He responded by saying "so you didnt get the delivery". As soon as he asked the delivery guy arrived. I responded and stated he just got here and he said OK. I requested the manager's name and the representative stated "he's not here", we asked again what is his name and the representative stated "he gets here at 6pm" We then stated that we asked for his name not if he was there or what time he was going to be there. He provided *******************************. We then asked the representative's name and he hesitated to say his name. He said "umm, umm, umm" We asked if he did not know his name and then he blurted out "******". I informed him to tell his manager that I would be filing a formal complaint with the BBB because this was not the first time it happened . The representative stated OK as if he did not care we would file the complaint
