I had $3.65 in my boss revolution account, I was trying to make a phone call , Boss Revolution charged me x2 without any connections thereafter I had left $ **** on my account. I called customer service & asked for a refund, ***** said : he could not refund me he had to do some investigation. He was very rude over the phone with me on top of my money that I lost. I called back again trying to get someone else who could help me but it was worse. The lady took away $ **** out of my account then left me with $ **** on my account, then she told me i would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. not sure why she did that. I called back again trying to talk to someone then ***** answered & did not go well because he hung up on me. I called back again , someone name ********* around **** , that man made me feel like: he is the man when men are talking women need to shut their mouth to listen & this kind of behavior( men are empowered behavior ) do not seat well with me because this is 2022. Especially it is involved my money that I worked hard for it. Nothing is free in America. When I do charity , I do charity but I am not allowed anyone taking my money or fraudly taking my money. I need my money back.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us via the BBB. We are sorry to read about your recent experience with our services.
We have taken a look at your BOSS Revolution account and have awarded you with 12 credits in April 2022 and a grand total of 37 credits since February 2022 to your account for calls claimed to have not connected. We have also refunded you $1.85 back to your payment card. The reason that we have not credited you back for the last call made is because we now need to investigate why you are requesting so many credits so often. We are required to look into the carriers we are using and whether your calls are reaching Voicemail, which is a chargeable connection.
We will listen to all of the calls that you have been made into our support centre and we will take the correct action to ensure improvement is made where necessary.
Please let us know if you would like me to continue with our investigation.

Boss revolution telephone company is a scam. I tried to make a phone call there was not any connection but I got charged. When I tried to request a credit they denied my credit. I work hard for my ********* would like to have my money back.Business response

Dear Rose,
We are sorry that you felt that you had to escalate your complaint. I have taken a thorough look into your BOSS Revolution account and can see that we have awarded you credits many times for calls that you claim had not connected. We performed several tests and found that in fact you have been connecting to Voicemail. A connection to voicemail is a chargeable connection. You have spoken with our CS team several times who advised you about the charge to Voicemail. Unfortunately some carriers charge for the connection to voicemail, leaving us in the position to pass that charge onto our valued customers. Please be assured that we are always working on improving our app and streamlining the services.

I have been using Boss Revolution long distance phone calls for a while.However, in month of November only have been charged amount of $450.00 calls that I have not made. The payment was taken as automatic from my bank.Therefore, if this is case, I would like refund the money and may never use them in the future.*************************Business response

Hi Hail,
We are sorry that you have had to escalate this issue and would like to advise you that we have investigated this matter and have issued you a refund for $453.85 on the credit card number ending in 6596 with Transaction Ref Id: *********.
We have also unmapped your registered number and going forward, you will be required to enter your 4 digit security number when you place calls with BOSS Revolution. This will avoid anyone else accessing your BOSS Revolution account.
