    They offer a quick-ship program for furniture to be completed in 4-6 weeks. We ordered two sofas on this quickship program on September 23, 2022. We should have received the sofas no later than the third or fourth week of November. We received one sofa on January 6th and it was completely damaged. We still have not received the second sofa and now they are saying it won't be complete until the week of January 23rd. That makes it about a ***** week lead time, not 4-6 as advertised on their website or by the outsides sales reps that made it seem like it was the best program. They have been holding back information on the status of these sofas through the entire process. We constantly have to ask them for an update and they give us false information. They kept telling us the sofas would ship out in the beginning of December but they didn't and we had to **** them down. Their lack of communication and inability to deliver the product as promised has negatively affect my business because I am purchasing these products for a client. You will see screen shots of just a few of the emails where we are requesting information and we are getting the run around as well as the damaged sofa
