            I Am leasing at the Global ******* of ****************, *********************************************************************** a **** ******* Kona N-line being financed thru ******* Finance and the following charges seem out of order. Why am I charged a RENT CHARGE (in addition to the depreciation and any amortized amounts) over $2,500? Plus an ACQUISITION FEE of $650? In addition a TIRE FEE of $7.50? Plus ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION CHARGE of $7.50? When I asked the finance rep, he played on words but didnt explain what these charges are for. I would appreciate to know what you find out with regard to these charges.

            After having my 2018 Genesis G80 serviced for a recall on June 13th I was advised that the A/C was blowing warm air and would be $699 to repair. Knowing that there was no problem prior to bringing the car in I declined especially since the charge was not diagnosed. I received the car back on June 14th and took it to my local mechanic who found a sensor deliberately disconnected and folded back under the air filter which was found after much difficulty. I emailed the General Manager asking for them to pay for my mechanics fee due to their negligence. I received a call from the Service Manager saying that their "Genesis Technician" would not do that and further stated that they didn't even work on that location in the car which was absolutely wrong because they replaced the oil cooler line on the left side which was near the disconnected sensor. He went on to say that the sensor was disconnected by another service location which is untrue because the car has never been serviced by another location except for a battery change 3 years prior. ********
