      Ordered a cash register... returned it for refund... never received refund and they took the cash register back... looking at the reviews this company have repeated the same act towards other clients.

      I ordered one cash register (for the place I work at) using my personal credit card. Long story short, they sent me 3 registers and charged my card three times. When I called the company after the 2nd register appeared, I was told I would receive a return authorization label in my email. I never got the label and received a third register. I called again, and was told again, I would get an email with the return authorization label. I did call my credit card company to dispute the 2nd and third charge. When they got notice of this, I was sent a nasty email.. I did call them at the number provided and got no answer. I returned an email to them at this point, going over how I ordered one and got three. I can't seem to get the return labels to return the 2 registers, the 1st order was placed on 4/26/2022. Later in the day I got another invoice in my email for a second register. I didn't notice this charge, as I was not expecting it. It wasn't until the 2nd register showed up, that I noticed the charge. On 5/2/22, the 3rd register was sent and charged to my card again. I received 2 charges of$335.64 and 1 of $299.00. I did not dispute the first charge of $335.64. Their customer service reps were Max and Austin. Anything you can do to help me get these 2 registers returned to them would be much appreciated.

      Placed an order with Ace Depot on June 7 They claim *** delivered on July 17. I never received it. I tried putting lost claim with ***. *** said Amazon is responsible, since Ace Depot purchased it from Amazon I called Amazon and told the problem. They said Ace Depot needs to contact them so they can look up the order number. That is the only way I can get a refund or replacement. I called Ace Depot many times and emailed many times. All I get is lip service and they still haven't called Amazon. I am out money and product.
