    Staff that came to the field were rude. It was not told to parents ahead of time that there was an extra charge for Venmo. If we wanted to pay by credit card they wanted us to write credit card info on a piece of paper. What reputable company would do that these days. They lacked professional photography equipment to block the sun.And after all that the picture was terrible. The uniforms looked purple; they were blue. My daughter's face had a blue tinge. I would think that they would at least try to make them look better.I would definitely not recommend!!

    Our softball team purchased pictures from them. Our pictures turned out horrible. We have been trying to contact them each of us individually. No answer no response being ignored. I have contacted through ******** and email no response. I have a feeling we are not getting our money back. Dont go with them.
