    Had 2 new seperate zone mini splits installed and one of the zones is making some bad buzzing noises and airplane noises. These guys installed these units less than a year ago and basically refused to fix the issue saying it's normal even though upon research it's anything from normal especially when my 2nd zone doesn't make one noise at all

    Dear BBB,
    We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response to this complaint. We were working directly with the customer to resolve the issue, and unfortunately, our communication fell behind as we focused on addressing the concern in the most effective way possible.

    Regarding the complaint, we installed two separate mini-split zones for the customer less than a year ago. The customer reported that one of the zones is producing buzzing and airplane-like noises, which they believe is abnormal. Initially, we informed the customer that the noise could be due to cold weather and was considered normal. However, after further investigation, we recognized the need to address the concern more directly.

    We reached out to the customer and scheduled a time for our technician to assess the situation. On January 23, 2025, our owner, Shadi, and our technician, ****, visited the property. They were unable to replicate the buzzing or airplane sounds described, and the units appeared to be running smoothly. However, to ensure a thorough diagnosis, we recommended having a Mitsubishi-certified technician conduct a full examination of the units.

    We have already contacted the Mitsubishi technician and are awaiting their availability for a site visit. Once a date is confirmed, we will inform the customer and schedule the visit to resolve the issue.
    We understand the importance of resolving this matter and are committed to ensuring the customers satisfaction. Please be assured that we are addressing the problem with care and professionalism, and we remain dedicated to resolving the issue.
