    Be careful dealing with these guys, they will break a signed contract on you and try to upsell you services because they know you're elderly and can't do it yourself.This just happened to my parents who are in their 90s and have been ill, they cancelled their contract right before the fall cleanup knowing full well that they would need this service to clean up the fall foliage.They received an e-mail saying that they were losing money on the contract and couldn't continue. My parents understood this as they had a verbal agreement to reduce or increase cuts during the season depending on lawn length as they have had this understanding for more than 10 years dealing with them. I called the company to inquire about this and they explained the situation and we asked if they could finish the season if they were to do more work or as discussed with possibly billing us more for the fall cleanup. We were open to this idea and was fine with it until we started to receive a series of e-mails calling my parents liars saying that they had workers sent away and lost money on gas and time as well as that we were the ones who called them to cancel the service. This was rather perplexing as none of these things happened, I showed phone logs of the day they claimed we called the office to cancel service and no calls were made to them. I showed them notes my parents took of the days they called to skip cuts and just wanted to know why it was said that they came to the house and sent away when none of those dates could be provided to me to cross reference. He later claimed this was a scam call made to them to cancel service even though they initiated the breach of contract through e-mail. I asked simple questions about the claims ***** made as there were some serious issues that led to them to cancel our contract. He was not able to answer any of my questions and only threatened to cancel service when he got caught ** in his own lies.
