      The office overcharged for a service. We have asked them to watch camera for a physical therapy that they claim was not paid. In order to go back to see a physical therapist you musty checkin and make payment at time of service. We are seeking refund for $30 as we believe they have pocketed a $30 co payment made with cash

      I broke my ankle in December 2023 and went to the ** the next day (12/17/23). I received x-rays, was diagnosed at the **.On 12/20 I took my daughter for an unrelated appointment to Seaview Orthopedics. When the doctor saw my boot (broken ankle) he asked why I didn't see him. I informed him I was treated at the **, but would be happy to come to him for my follow up in 2 weeks. He said that would be fine.On 12/20 I set up an appointment for 1/3 for a follow up. I was told to bring my diagnosis from the **, any discharge paperwork, and x-rays if I was able to get them. I went to the hospital and obtained all items requested and brought them to Seaview Orthopedic on 1/3 with me. They scanned in all paperwork.They said the x-rays were fuzzy and asked if they could do additional ones. I knew I would have to pay for those, but approved that. I also approved the new patient fee since I had not been there for myself before. The doctor agreed that my ankle was broken just as the diagnostic paperwork I brought in said, poked my ankle, was pleased when I said it did not hurt, informed me that I did not need to wear the boot any longer, and I left. He did not diagnose me, as I walked in with the diagnosis and this was intended to be a follow up visit (which is why they instructed me to bring in all diagnostic paperwork). They are trying to charge again (I have not paid. yet) for a second diagnosis (the exact same diagnosis I walked. in with) for the follow up visit. Literally nothing was done at that appointment other than x-rays, and I received no care or equipment from the doctor. The appointment lasted 7 minutes in total.

      I am due a refund for $402.50 due to overpayment I have called three times to check on the refund I called on 6/29 and was told it would take six weeks I called an 8/3 and was told that unfortunately it was never processed and it would take six weeks again and I just called again and 9/27 and was told that they didnt process it through but theyre gonna speed up the payment which gives me just more false hope. please assist me in chasing up my refund

      A refund check (check #****) was processed for patient in the amount of $392.50.  The original credit was $402.50, however, the patient still had an outstanding balance of $10.00, from DOS 8/2/23.  This balance was adjusted from the credit balance.  I called patient and spoke with her on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 12:08 PM, to inform her that the refund check was just mailed that day.  She was very happy that I called to inform her.
