    Have utilized their service twice, once in 2021 for a refrigerator repair, and then today for our dishwasher. ******** has been a pleasure both times. The only issue we noticed is that the phone number on ****** Maps and their web site was taken over by a part supply company. He said a few people have reported the same thing and they're going to try to get it resolved. I've submitted the edit to ****** Maps for review. The phone number listed here on the BBB site is correct and matches what is on their business card.The callout price isn't cheap, however, in the case of the refrigerator, it required multiple visits, and we were only charged for the callout ONCE. The pricing was provided up-front in both cases.It's a bummer to hear that **** had a poor experience in Sep 22, but my experience has been very different, and we've now used them twice.

    ***************************** (** Appliance Repair, ******************************************************* ) ***** is a ***** and should not be allowed to be in business. He allegedly fixes your appliance. ***** then charges you an outlandish service price and promises you a warranty of the service he provides. Your appliance breakdowns ( my ******* refrigerator) in about two weeks and ***** is no where to be found. No return calls or texts. ***** must change his numbers, addresses, business titles ( was called Helping Hands), and maybe, his name. I want my $600 back. He took $1000 from someone in my neighborhood and did the same thing.
